Today I spent 8 hours training: 2 with clubs, 2 with poi, and 4 with contact staff. I pushed through Matrix variations until my back and shoulders were completely done.

Now I am alone on a beach near Tropea, Calabria exhausted but deeply connected to this world.

I built this contact staff by myself : @stripflowarts . If you are interested write me in dm.

Three sticks, one soul, and a body dancing between skill and instinct.

Completed these Thunderbolt #doublestaffs today. Even my broken hand couldn't stop me from testing it out. I love how it looks 😍
Please share your views in the comments. 😇

All the good tricks in the video, I have learnt from watching @master_abhisayre and @yonniccolins videos. 🙌
Mistakes are my own 💚😇
