SAN HEJMO FESTIVAL - BOOGDAK XL

On august 14 and 15, the @sanhejmo festival took place at Airport Weeze (Germany 🇩🇪). After privious editions featuring our standard ‘Boogdak’, the organizers opted fot something bigger this year: our ‘Boogdak XL’, built by @stageco.nl!

What makes this project particularly unique? The 12-meter-deep sheds extend continuosly into the wings and were custom-built specifically fot this event, creating substantial extra space for smooth changeovers.

A big thank you for everyone who contributed to this great project!

Last weekend, 𝐓𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐈𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭 returned to the @johancruijffarena for their concert series. A three-hour stadiumshow with countless hits from home and abroad. 🪩 The chosen ‘summer is magic’ theme fit perfectly with the hot temperatures outside. 🌞

My focus was on photographing the technical production, including the crew, technical aspects, behind-the-scenes in relation to the show. Commisioned by the following companies:

TOPPERS IN CONCERT - THE SUMMER IS MAGIC ☀️

Following pop icon Harry Styles, it was time for the Dutch group @toppersinconcert to throw a massive party at the @johancruijffarena in Amsterdam. This year’s theme? ‘The Summer is Magic’ On Friday, June 19th and Saturday, june 20th, the ArenA was transformed into a flamboyant mix of Miami Vice, palm trees, neon lights, ‘80s glamour and sizzling summer vibes.

To bring this project to life the organization relied on @stageco.nl, who were responsible for producing the impressive stage and the three lifts used throughout the show.

We would like to sincerely thank @sightlineproductions for their trust and the great collaboration!

WORLD CLUB DOME - BUILDING THE MAINSTAGE FOR THE WORLD’S LARGEST CLUB!

Last weekend marked the 13th edition of @worldclubdome at @deutschebankpark in Frankfurt - voted the best festival in Germany and No. 11 worldwide by DJ Mag UK!

@stageco.nl was proud to be part, constructing the spectacular 360 mainstage. This fully centered stage design completely redifines the visitor experience and sets a new benchmark in event design.

Unlike traditional stages where the audience faces only one direction, this new mainstage became the centerpiece of a circularly organized space. Instead of standing “frontally” in front of the stage, visitors completely surrounded it, creating an unparalleled, immersive atmosphere.

A huge shoutout to our team for bringing this architectural and engineering masterpiece to life on the dancefloor!

Throughout June, Stadium De Geusselt in @visitmaastricht (NL) is home to the massive open-air musical @bokkenrijders. To bring this dark and fascinating Limburg legend to life, @stageco.nl built a spectacular custom construction that serves as the ultimate backdrop.

With over 80,000 tickets already sold, this production is drawing massive crowds this summer🔥 We are incredibly proud of our crew for delivering another powerhouse structure built for this incredible scale, right where engineering meets entertainment.

Proud to be part of the magic 💪🏼

Child of Destiny (Destiny’s Child)
Coming on Strong (Golden Earring)
Beach Boys Best (The Beach Boys)
Donna’s Hot Stuff (Donna Summer)

Er werd gedanst, gelachen, gehuild en een klein potje beachvolleybal gespeeld:
Een editie waar je absoluut bij wilde zijn, en dat waren we dan ook!
