WHO WAS BABYSITTING HER COCKTAIL? 🍸👀😂

Two home stagers. Two signature cocktails. And apparently, a WHOLE LOT to talk about! 🤣

My staging sister, Erica came all the way from Baltimore, I came from Arkansas, and somehow we ended up solving all the world’s staging problems over cocktails in ATL! 😂

Our Atlanta staging friends @everlydesign.atl hosted a fabulous warehouse tour and open house for members of @the.stagingcollective Annual Meeting.

And THIS is what I love about our staging family, we share ideas, exchange experiences, laugh, learn and build genuine connections with professionals from across the country and Canada.

Now, about those cocktails…I’m pretty sure one of us was doing more TALKING than SIPPING! 😂🍸

This summer, I had the incredible opportunity to intern with Staging Solutions LLC, and I can honestly say it changed the way I see design forever. Shadowing Erica Martin one of the top interior design real estate stagers in the Baltimore area . Watching her walk into an empty room and see its full potential before a single piece of furniture was placed? Pure magic.

Huge thanks also to my manager, Lynnette, whose guidance and patience made this experience one I’ll carry with me for years to come.

I learned how much strategy, psychology, and storytelling goes into staging a space so a buyer can picture their whole life there. It pushed me out of my comfort zone more times than I can count, and every challenge reshaped how I think about spaces, flow, and intention.
I’m walking away with a completely new lens on design — and I’m so grateful for it. 🤍

More photos coming soon — stay tuned! 📸

This is what it’s like to walk into a beautiful space in downtown baltimore with DesignerBFFs! @by.ericamartin is the founder of @staging_solutions2 and she is taking us with her along the way to touch-up, stage and style this gorgeous condo coming soon to Harbor East. For more info about the listing, send us a dm and we’ll get you in touch. But how pretty is the lobby? And the insane views. I can’t even. I wanna live there 🛥️🤍

Two designers walk into a gorgeous condo in the Liberty in Harbor East. They’re going to stage it and make it feel like a stylish and comfortable soft space to land at the end of the day in Baltimore’s Harbor East. Check out those views 🛥️🤍

Okay… I’m obsessed with this house.

Would I live here? Probably not.

But somebody with impeccable taste, a creative brain, and a slightly unhinged artistic streak? Absolutely.

This house feels like it’s meant for artists, founders, designers, musicians, photographers, filmmakers… people who don’t take life too seriously, but are very serious about what they create.

📍Mount Vernon, Baltimore

If you want the address, comment below or send me a DM. Better yet, ask your Realtor to invite Designer BFF to the showing.

Here’s my deal:
✨ If it’s a luxury listing and you’re happy to let me film, I’ll come walk through it with you for free. We’ll dream up ideas, talk design, and create fun content together.

🤍 If you want privacy and discretion, that’s what my Designer BFF consulting service is for. Think of me as your designer by your side—helping you make confident decisions, connect the dots, and bring your vision to life.

And honestly? Designer BFF isn’t just about interiors.

It’s about ideas.
Branding.
Creative direction.
Networking.
Collaborations.
Events.
Knowing who to call.
Knowing where to start.

Because friends don’t let friends design alone. 🤍

Who’s living in this house?

What’s meant for you will never miss you. 🤎

Looking back at these quiet little moments from ReBloom reminds me that abundance doesn’t always arrive the way we imagine it.

Sometimes it looks like one beautiful soul saying yes.
Sometimes it looks like other amazing women who believe in your vision enough to sponsor it.
Sometimes it looks like slowing down long enough to notice the details.

Endless gratitude to the beautiful brands that helped make our April retreat feel so nourishing.

Here’s to creating more safe spaces like this. 🌿☕✨
