This One Pot Fried Beef Coconut Rice HIT soooooo bad!! Chidex was supposed to eat it the next day because she wanted to eat fried yam instead; what did she do? She ate the fried yam AND a “small” side of the rice🫣😜🤣 and EVERYBODY gave it a BIG thumbs up!!! My dad had a “side” as well as @stainless_vero 😉

My parents eat oatmeal every morning, so I decided to make this simple heart friendly oatmeal for them. I made almond/tiger nut milk cos my mom likes almond milk (full video soon).
