The 5-year-old-stallion Sniper van d’Hemelse Breedte made the top price at the online Trigon Auction, selling to Romania after Mexico ceased the bidding. The beautiful chestnut drew numerous different bidders to their computers and cellphones.

Other highlights were the 4-year-olds O’Neill by Jardonnay VDL at €48.000 and €34.000 for the Kallmar son O-Die.

“It’s the first time we presented horse under the saddle in the auction. To see how our clients reacted is positive for both them and us” commented Janko van de Lageweg on the outcome.

The team will now focus on the first foal collection so keep an eye out on social media or the Trigon Auctions website for the next appointments.
