🤍 HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY ORS!! 🤍🎂

I genuinely can’t believe I’m saying this… we’re officially ONE! 🥹

A year ago ORS was just an idea, and I never imagined it would turn into what we have today. We’ve gone from being a group of people who love cars to becoming our own little family. 🤍

We’ve done shows, meets, drive outs, climbed mountains, raised over £1k for charity, laughed until we’ve cried and made some amazing memories along the way. 🫶🏼I’m ridiculously proud of our little family and everything we’ve achieved in just one year.
Here’s to year two, even more memories, more adventures, more charity work and probably a lot more chaos 😂

September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month 💚

We post the cars.
We post the meets.
We post the good days.

But we don’t always post the battles happening behind them.
The person parked next to you at a meet could be fighting something you know nothing about.

The loudest one in the group could go home and feel completely alone.

The mate who says “I’m alright” might be hoping someone asks again.

So ask twice.

Send the message. Make the call. Go for that drive. Sit in a car park at stupid o’clock and talk about absolutely nothing if that’s what they need.

You don’t need to fix them.
Just don’t let them feel like they have to face everything alone.

Open Road Society was never created to be just another car club.

The cars brought us together, but the people will always come first. 💚

And if you’re reading this while fighting your own battle please speak to someone.

The next meet needs you there.
Your mates need you there.
The world needs you here.

The plans for the Sciricco, not everyone's cup of tea but its all about making it unique and to your own taste. Lots of time, money and effort would be required but once I'm back on my feet there's nothing stopping it happening. Only yourself can stop dreaming and start chasing💪💪

Now...

🚗 25/25 Show & Shine spaces are FULL!
⭐ 4 VIP display vehicles confirmed
🎟️ Charity raffle
🛍️ Local vendors
❤️ All in support of Kidney Kids Scotland

This has only been possible because of the incredible support from the car community, local businesses, friends and everyone who's shared the event.

Even though the show field is full, we'd love to see as many people as possible come along on the day. Bring your family, enjoy the cars, support our vendors, grab some raffle tickets and help us raise as much as we can for an amazing cause.

From snapshots, to stickers, to charity events! Our girl Kaz (Demonic Media) is absolutely smashing it recently. She has organised her very own show and shine charity events. This is to raise money and awareness for the “kidney kids Scotland”. This is being held on the 9th of August at The rhynd (Rhynd Farm, Leuchars, Tayport KY16 0DR). If anyone is interested or has any questions make sure to shoot Kaz a message and let’s wish her the best of luck!!! 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍
