Regardless of the result, the walkout song was a W in my eyes.

I've had the worst luck of my life this year 😔🤬

If you’re sitting there thinking you’ve had a bad deal this year, remember: the test comes before the triumph.
Everything happens for a reason, and God only puts the heaviest battles on the strongest shoulders.
Use the frustration as fuel. Stay patient, stay ready, and keep pushing—because our time is coming.

Just remember at this exact time next year I told you so. 2027 is ours Don't give up 🥊🔥.

On Saturday night at Stand & Bang Fight Night, Team Lions Den went to war — and one of their standout performers was Jack Rawlings, who picked up an impressive first-round stoppage against Deresse Ryan👊🏼🔥

The Lions Den prospect believes the Stand & Bang ruleset was a perfect fit for the way he and his team train, allowing him to unleash every weapon in his arsenal and get the job done..

Jack is really starting to cement his name as one of the UK’s hottest prospects after fighting his way around the country. With a string of dominant performances behind him, he’s certainly one to keep a close eye on👀

On Saturday night at Stand & Bang Fight Night, 16-year-old prospect Theo Janneh defeated Jordan Lane in style👏🏻🔥

Shore Mixed Martial Arts seemingly have another hot prospect on their hands in Theo Janneh. At just 16 years of age, he picked apart an opponent nearly twice his age and had his hand raised in impressive fashion…

In the lead-up to this fight, multiple people, including his dad, warned him against taking it, believing it wasn’t the right move. However, with the backing and confidence of Jack & Richard Shore in his corner, Theo knew he was going to light up Ebbw Vale — and that’s exactly what he did😮‍💨

Keep your eyes peeled for Theo Janneh, ladies & gentlemen. 👀

One of Wales’ greatest combat sports athletes of all time believes it was a spectacular night from start to finish — one that definitely blew a packed-out Ebbw Vale crowd away…

Although the co-main was billed as boxing vs MMA, both women showed grit, determination and a willingness to use every weapon in their arsenal to deliver the fight of the night💸

After the women had set the standard, it was down to Martin McDonough & Ashley Williams to close out the night — and they did so in spectacular fashion…

Jack says it was an incredible fight despite only lasting three rounds, with both guys leaving everything they had in the cage. Both have already reached out to Jack and are eager to feature on the second instalment of Stand & Bang😮‍💨

A great night topped off by a spectacular co-main & main event👏🏻🔥

On Saturday night at Stand & Bang Fight Night 1, Rory Barton Williams defeated Anthony Aberstone-Beechey with a dominant display, showcasing his impressive striking ability😮‍💨💥

I caught up with Rory after the bout, and he believes Stand & Bang was a huge success — not just for combat sports in the Welsh Valleys, but for UK MMA as a whole. Shows like this, featuring high-level contests and plenty of exciting moments, will only continue to bring more attention to the sport..

Rory loved being part of the debut show, and I’m sure we’ll see him back in there again in the future…

A top prospect out of SMMA who continues to maintain his undefeated record..

I caught up with Rory after the bout. We discussed:

✅ His brother in the corner
✅ Stand & Bang from a fighter’s perspective
✅ The next 12 months

All my interviews from Stand & Bang will be coming to the Welsh Watch YouTube channel very soon, so make sure you keep your eyes peeled👀

If you fought at Stand & Bang on Saturday night and fancy a chat, drop me a message!
