Landmark Properties has expanded its partnership with #BestBuddies International to launch four new “Best Buddies Living” programs at The Legacy at Ann Arbor (University of Michigan), The Standard at Austin (UT Austin), The Standard at Tallahassee (FSU), and The Station State College (Penn State) ahead of the 2026-2027 academic year!

Best Buddies Living represents the “inclusive living” pillar of Best Buddies International, the world’s largest nonprofit devoted solely to providing opportunities for friendship, employment, leadership development, inclusive living, and family support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The program alleviates the lack of inclusive, independent housing options for individuals with #IDD and fosters an integrated experience for them to become active, contributing citizens who live independently in a dynamic environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive.

Landmark Properties has been partnering with the organization since 2023 and, with the addition of Ann Arbor, Austin, Tallahassee, and State College, now champions the program at 11 of its #studenthousing properties, including The Cloisters Miami (University of Miami), The Standard at Atlanta (Georgia Tech), The Standard at New Brunswick (Rutgers), The Metropolitan Gainesville (University of Florida), The Ridge Clemson (Clemson University), The Standard at College Park (University of Maryland), and The Mark Los Angeles (UCLA).

Learn more about the program and properties at the link in our bio and stories.
