‘I can’t wait to be a server!’

Bro I really thought working doubles for $200 in tips was a life plan. 😭

I used to buss tables dreaming I’d get promoted to carrying plates for a living. Then I woke up and realized the whole restaurant grind is one of the biggest distractions keeping you people broke.

Meanwhile, I took a state license, sat in a cubicle, and flipped inbound calls into five figures a month. Now I run my own agency. No apron, no manager breathing down my neck, no fake smiles for rude customers. Just a headset and hunger.

You can chase tips. I’ll chase a team that feels like family, residuals that never stop, and real life changing money.

This is health insurance. This is sales. This is freedom.

And you don’t need a college degree or a 10-year plan to start. Just a backbone and a reason.

Get a load of that guy.
He stopped bussing and started building. 🐦‍🔥

Boca boys took over Colorado
Same mission. Different altitude.
We don’t take trips. We take over.

This wasn’t just a getaway. It was a celebration of what’s possible when young men lock in with a purpose. No handouts. No shortcuts. Just vision, discipline, and a team that moves like family.

We came from a small office in Boca Raton with nothing but hustle and a plan. Now we’re standing in the mountains. Still hungry. Still grinding. But taking a moment to appreciate how far we’ve come and how much higher we’re going.

In our 20s. Building businesses. Changing lives. Doing it together.
This is what it looks like when you bet on yourself and bring your brothers with you.

And we’re just getting started.
DM to interview. But only if you’re ready to work.

We took a step back.

Left the noise in Miami and spent a few days out in Colorado. No real plan. Just the team, some fresh air, and a chance to slow down.

The past few months have been non stop. Long hours, big pushes, small wins that added up. So this trip was just about being present. Grabbing food, catching a view, talking about life without the pressure of the next call.

Sometimes you need space to actually see what you’re building. Not just in business, but in people. Trust, patience, resilience. That stuff takes time.

And for a few days, time moved a little slower.

We came back a little lighter. A little more focused.

This meant something.

There’s something powerful about building with a team that really wants it.

Every day we walk in with goals not just for the business, but for ourselves. No one’s perfect, but the mission stays the same: get better, every single day.

We don’t wait for motivation. We show up regardless. Growth doesn’t come when it’s easy it comes when average stops being an option.

I used to chase results. Now I chase structure. And that’s when everything started to click.

This isn’t just about money. It’s about outgrowing your past, raising the bar, and making every hour count.

Proud of what we’re building. Proud of the pace. And proud that no one handed us a thing… we created it.

This is discipline. This is growth. And this is only the beginning.

Want to be part of something real? We’re hiring! Drop a comment or DM me and let’s build.

Built for business, wired for wild nights. Office hours by day, Sway takeovers by night. Messy, just like the commissions🚀

Yesterday we celebrated as an office for achieving our weekly goal with a team bonding experience none of us will ever forget. It’s with you boys that I realize we are not just a work place but also a family. Love all you boys for real and wouldn’t be where we are without you guys. Let’s ride this wave and keep the momentum pumping!🐦‍🔥
