Deante’ Hitchcock has been navigating his journey in real time for years, always utilizing storytelling to turn the various moments of his star career into something meaningful.

He’s turned a new chapter into a statement with his latest album, Junkie In The Sun. Now, he’s taking that message even further with a campaign to sell 100,000 physical copies, helping bring physical media back to the forefront while establishing the power of independence.

Last Thursday at Buckhead Theatre, @cadillacchroniclestv and Hitchcock delivered an unforgettable night. Hosted by @thedoncoogi , the evening kicked off with a strong set from @nikobrim before Deante took the stage for nearly an hour of music, passion, and genuine connection with his hometown crowd.

Backed by a live band and performing songs from throughout his catalog, he reminded everyone in the room why his story continues to resonate. This was more than just a concert. It was a celebration of perseverance, independence, and everything still ahead.

For years, I’ve poured my heart into music, production, and making things happen behind the scenes. But in 2025, I promised myself I’d step out of the shadows and own my impact.

Huge thanks to Queen City Nerve for this article highlighting my journey—from drummer to, music director, event producer stage manager and tour manager. I’ve been blessed to work with incredible artists, shape unforgettable events, and build something special with my wife, @kenyabscott, through @standoutsaints and @timarentertainment

Can’t talk about the tour without talking about what happened afterwards! After wrapping up the last date of of the Better Off Alone Tour with @ABoogieVSArtist we headed back up north to headline Powerhouse Philly and Powerhouse NYC! What a CRAZY time! 2 packed out shows with both Sexxy Red & Gunna with guest appearances by @lola.brooke & @jordanadetunji in Philly and @cashcobain_2x @nlechoppamusic @djspinking & @wolfacejoeyy in NYC.
