Sunday Lunch at Ops ™️
October 25th, 2026

@giagiagiamtl is one of our favorite restaurants in the world. We’ve seen it grow from an empty warehouse, to the hottest new restaurant, to almost 5 years later simply the best place. Go for lunch, go for apero, go for date night, go for your birthday, bring the whole family. It’s perfect. One could say this perfection stems from the collective energy it holds. The chef, Janice. I’ve never met a more skilled chef, a more determined one, a more curious person, or someone who cares quite as much about you and me. In the dining room there’s Larry. The perfect match to Janice. The wine list somehow keeps getting better. The room is the warmest around. Assisting everyone is the wonderful Emily, and we can’t forget the handymen Marley and Ryan 🥰.

I could go on, but let’s talk about lunch!
Skewers
Raw seafood
Lasagna
Wood oven roasted rabbit
Baba-misu

To make this lunch truly otherworldly we will be graced with the presence of @elenapanta of La Stoppa. One of the wineries of Italy that is part of the identity of Ops. Elena is someone we have been in awe of and fully supporting since day one and before. These wines are benchmark. True of time and place and the people that guide them to our tables.
Elena is also the namesake of Gia’s sister restaurant, @elenamontreal !
Her full lineup will be available by the glass and bottle.

And for all of the @wearekarakterre goers, it couldn’t have been planned better for you, book the first seating and then head to the tasting with full bellies. Book the second seating and come after you’ve tasted all of the great wines of Austria, hungry for this meal and 10+ year old Barbera 😊

$60 per person for all food. Please reach out if you have any dietary restrictions and want to come and, we will do our best to accommodate ❤️

Presented with generous assistance from @blackbird
Booking is open on Resy 👋
