As actors we are constantly dealing with PRESSURE, but it’s how we deal with it that is the key. Whatever the situation may be, try to think of it as a fun challenge. It’s a difference of perspective and positive thinking can go a long way. Slow down, breathe, create a pre-performance routine, listen to music, remind yourself of previous victories. You’ve got this!!!!

This was my first acting class in LA at Lesly Kahn. And it happened to be with one of the best - Stan Kirsch. My heart is heavy today as we head back to his studio without him. Words can’t express the impact he had on me and countless other artists. Stan was a truly great teacher and will never ever stop inspiring me. We love you, Stan. 💔 @stankirschstudios

Dear SKS family,
There are no words to describe the loss we are feeling. I want to send every single one of you the biggest thank you. I can't imagine how much pain our community is experiencing and yet, even through your pain, you have all surrounded and lifted me up. You have surrounded and lifted each other up. Let's all continue to love each other through this unbearable tragedy.
I have been talking to the staff, and we all feel that the best way to honor Stan is by keeping his legacy alive. I truly believe he would want nothing more than for us to give you all 120%, just as he always did. He was happiest when he was working and the success of his actors brought him the greatest joy. I know it feels weird moving forward without him leading the way, but I truly believe this is what he would want. So, let's make 2020 about living our dreams fully, inspiring those around us and booking more jobs than ever - for Stan!!! Thank you for your understanding and patience as I learn to navigate a new way of doing things. Just know that I am 1000% dedicated to this studio and each and every one of you.
To my staff: We are family, truly. I cannot thank you enough for being there for me in such a huge way. And to Colleen: There are just no words. You have been my voice when I couldn't speak. My brain when I couldn't think. My support when I couldn't stand. And I am forever indebted to you. I love you.
We are officially open again for coachings and tapings. Our classes will resume this Monday February 3rd. Let’s... GO IN. GO STRONG. GO BOOK THOSE JOBS!! Remember:

Success is infectious, failure is an epidemic, and Stan would NOT want any of us to go to the second place.

When I first moved to LA almost 10 years ago, one of the first things I did was have a consultation with Stan Kirsch. I of course recognized him as Young Ethan from FRIENDS and felt like it was a sign to take class with him. He taught me so much. I was so green and so fresh off the boat and he really mentored me. I took class there for years and met most of my close friends there. I now have a LA family because of him, Kristyn, and Colleen. Life’s too short. I’ll always remember to build and undercut in comedy because of you, Stan!! Oh, and... so much more. I still can't believe Stan Kirsch is gone. I studied with him for a few years and then came back again after a long hiatus. He was the most encouraging, intelligent and passionate teacher I've ever had. I always counted the days until the next class, and came out of each coaching session ready to take on the world. He was more than just his acting credits. He was a truly giving soul. Thank you, Stan. For everything. See you on the other side. RIP🙏

A tribute, to a man who changed many lives including my own. Stan Kirsch was a magical human being, and Kristyn and their studio brought people together, offered undying support in a ruthless industry, and changed many lives. I would not be the actor or person I am today without Stan Kirsch. There are no words. You will be forever missed ❤️

I don't know how to say something like this, so bare with me……….…I was not capitalizing...Failing…….Becoming profoundly angry, frustrated and lost in my work, I did not know how to fix it and was starting to get scared about this dream, about this work I’ve wanted to do so badly my whole life.....…...I was introduced to Stan. At our first meeting I less then eloquently expressed my frustrations, Stan made me feel good about my prior accomplishments (even though they had worn thin on me) and simply said “We’ll Fix It.” I remember leaving, standing in the center of Hollywood, overcome with emotion thinking “I believe him.” Something as simple as “we’ll fix it” or “you look great” just sounded true if Stan said it. I deeply wanted to impress Stan, bring my best, because I knew he was bringing his…..His best ideas, best energy, best attitude and always 100% of his attention. That's the thing that most impressed me, It just felt like he saw and knew you in a way that’s impossibly rare for any coach or teacher, nothing i've ever experienced. He was right, and I was right to believe him. Since, with Stans help, I have worked with incredible people, had amazing experiences, started creating great relationships and have been banging on the door of opportunities that will dramatically change my life. While i'll always be a work in progress, I am as close to checking off some of these big goals as I've ever been, and Stan was no small part of that, in fact, one of the biggest..……I will be forever grateful…....Thank you…....I’ll miss you……See you later man. ✌🏻😔 #thankful #greatful #thankyou #coach #teacher #student #friend #actors #dreams #passions #hollywood #reality #life #powerfulpeople #stankirsch #therecanbeonlyonestankirsch #rip
