Had an awesome time at The State BTB 2 Arrow Trail Shoot. I was stoked to take home 2nd place. I’ve learned and grown so much in my first year competing in archery. I’ve got a few more competitions to finish out the year. @psebows has been a perfect fit for me along with @altraarrows, @aaearchery @stanreleases @q2iarchery @bowfingerarchery @truball_axcel .

Competition day!

Today was mainly another step in the national team selection process for the European Indoor Championships. Sooo that meant the qualification round was EVERYTHING, while the elimination rounds were mostly for fun and experience.

Even though I had already shot a score that secured me a spot on the team, I still wanted to shoot well!

And wow... it felt HARD.

My shooting has felt a bit off all week - tense, unstable, and just not quite right. Today was pretty similar. I didn't sleep well, my body felt a little sick and weak, and everything seemed to require more effort than usual.

Buuuut I can't complain too much, because I still managed to shoot 582 points.

That's a pretty good result! In fact, just a week ago, it would have been a new national record.

The strange thing is that, despite the good score, the shooting itself just wasn't that enjoyable.

Still, I'm happy that even when everything feels this difficult, I can manage to put together a solid result. That's definitely something positive to take away from today!

My elimination round scores weren't particularly high, but I still managed to make my way to the gold finals, where I lost in a shoot-off by just a tiny margin.

Oh well! Next time, I guess I'll just have to shoot a better 10 if I want to win... 🙄

Cleaned the first 3D league shoot for the winter season. Good start but gotta get a couple things dialed for the new bow. Picked up the Mathews Title 38 a few weeks ago and set it up this week. Time to put it to the test and see how it performs under pressure. #archery #3darchery #bowandarrow #mathewsarchery

My faith in God goes with me in everything I do. As I move forward, Christ is with me—and so is my equipment, marked with the Scriptures I believe in. I shoot straight, keep moving, and trust God to guide my path.

Darton Archery. Black Eagle. Conquest Archery.

God bless. Bless and go.

Now that I’ve had a minute to absorb what last weekend truly meant, I can share that I attended and thoroughly enjoyed a USA Archery RED camp with some of the best coaches in the country . I learned so much and am looking forward to putting it all into action and continue working towards my goals we set for 2027 . Thank you coach @lavalfalks for helping me take this next step in my archery goals ! #girlsinarchery #womeninarchery #babystepstomygoals #westernkentuckyarcherycomplex

Well my time keeping skills seriously need to improve……
Anyways in the past few weeks I’ve shot my final competitions of the outdoor season. On the 4th of October I shot a 2 arrow in @wexfordarchery I was quite happy with my shooting through the day not missing a single target. Was very happy to shoot a 418/560. Thanks to Dave Leigh and Anto for the day.

Throughout the 10/11 of October I shot my first ever archery Ireland championship, @archers_of_ennis ran a very difficult course between the 2 days, but enjoyable none the less. Shot a 351/528 on Saturday and a 331/528 on the Sunday. I was very happy but still definitely a lot of improvement needed. Thanks to Alan, @kelm37.mk and @tricksymixy for the weekend.
