🏐 WARRIOR VOLLEYBALL HIGHLIGHTS Reagan Wilkerson recorded her 10th double-double of the season and 12th of her Warrior career with 16 assists and 10 digs as Stan State fell to Cal State LA in three sets Friday evening. Fallon Freeman led the Warriors with 12 kills while hitting .345, Lauren Gonzales added a match-high 19 digs, and Leah Mendoza finished with 15 digs. The Warriors return home next Friday, Oct. 30, to host No. 4 Fresno Pacific at 5 PM in Fitzpatrick Arena! #ValleyTough

Lauren Hamilton has been named the FloCollege/CCAA Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week! 🏐 Hamilton anchored the Warriors at the net with 13 total blocks, including three solo blocks, across two road matches against Menlo and Cal State Monterey Bay. The senior averaged 1.44 blocks per set while adding 16 kills and hitting .375, helping Stan State earn a four-set victory over the Otters! @flocollege/CCAA Players of the Week for the eighth week of the regular season. Offensive: Sarah Ybarra, Cal Poly Pomona Defensive: Lauren Hamilton, Stanislaus State Setter: Paige Bowyer, Cal Poly Pomona Ybarra led the CCAA with 6.14 kills per set and 6.79 points per set during the week, recording 43 kills across two matches while hitting .424. Ybarra also contributed five assists, three service aces and 26 digs as the Broncos split their two conference matchups. Ybarra opened the week with a dominant performance in a sweep of Cal State San Marcos on Oct. 15, recording 19 kills without an error on 28 attempts for a .679 hitting percentage. According to Cal Poly Pomona, her hitting percentage was the second-highest in a single match in program history. Lauren Hamilton anchored the Warriors’ defense at the net during a 1-1 CCAA road weekend, recording 13 total blocks, including three solo blocks, while averaging 1.44 blocks per set. Hamilton also contributed 16 kills while hitting .375 across the two matches, helping Stanislaus State earn a four-set victory over Cal State Monterey Bay on Saturday. Hamilton opened the weekend with a strong performance against Menlo on Oct. 16, recording seven block assists and 12 kills while hitting .391 in a five-set match. She followed with six total blocks, including three solo blocks, in Saturday’s 3-1 victory over Cal State Monterey Bay. Hamilton’s three solo blocks against the Otters helped Stan State finish with 13 team blocks in the match. Paige Bowyer distributed 87 assists across seven sets, averaging 12.43 assists per set while directing a Broncos offense that hit .392 over the weekend. Bowyer also contributed five kills, six total blocks and 10 digs in two matches. Bowyer opened the week with 38 assists, seven digs and four blocks in a 3-0 sweep of Cal State San Marcos on Oct. 15. She followed with a career-high 49 assists against Cal State San Bernardino on Oct. 17, adding three digs and two blocks in the four-set match. This was the second consecutive week Bowyer has been named the CCAA Setter of the Week.

🏆 THREE WARRIORS OF THE WEEK! Kekaihulali Halpern, Jackson Oliveira and Lauren Hamilton have been named the Stan State Housing and Residential Life Warriors of the Week! 🏃‍♀️ Halpern led the No. 14 nationally ranked women's cross country team with a sixth-place finish (20:34.9) at the Bronco Invitational, helping the Warriors place second overall. 🏃‍♂️ Oliveira finished fourth overall (23:40.6) and was the top collegiate finisher at the Bronco Invitational, earning his second FloCollege/CCAA Runner of the Week honor this season. 🏐 Hamilton recorded 13 total blocks and 16 kills while hitting .375 across two matches, helping the Warriors earn a four-set victory over Cal State Monterey Bay. 🏐 WARRIOR VOLLEYBALL HIGHLIGHTS! 🔴⚫ Stan State closed out its road victory over Cal State Monterey Bay with a dominant fourth-set performance! The Warriors jumped out to an early 8-2 lead before the Otters cut the deficit to 14-10. Stan State responded by scoring six of the next seven points to take control, eventually securing a 25-15 set victory and the 3-1 match win! 🏐 FINAL | Stan State 2, Menlo 3 The Warriors battled through five sets in Atherton but came up just short against Menlo, 25-20, 21-25, 25-17, 26-28, 13-15. Emily Meyer led Stan State with 15 kills, while Maggie Olson and Lauren Hamilton added 12 apiece. Hamilton recorded seven blocks, Rylee Szyszka delivered four service aces and Lauren Gonzales collected a team-high 15 digs. I am BEYOND excited to announce my commitment to play volleyball at Stan State!! Words cannot describe the excitement and gratefulness I have to compete at the next level! I first want to thank my family, especially my mom and dad. I could have never gotten to this point without the love and support you both have given me.
