I hope you learn how to pour your heart into the moments that move you-𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸 𝘺𝘰𝘶.

I hope you learn how to hold hands with your healing. How to open your eyes to the sight of your deepest fears. How to share your voice when silence has been your comfort zone. -𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘰 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘥𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘭𝘺 𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦.

I hope you learn to prioritize your peace, how to recognize who brings you peace. I hope you learn to graciously pour your heart into the moments that make you feel alive. Jade Torres 🖊️

Nature taking its course 🌊

I think most of us are aware of the effects of being around bodies of water. It soothes our soul, slows the mind, calms the heart and often leads to a sense of clarity.

This is what Star Island is all about 🌟 A local island just a short boat ride away but also perfectly secluded so you can truly show up to rest and restore.

Your weekend includes:
Daily yoga asana, meditation and pranayama
Sound healing and cacao cereceremony with @ankatiday
Island botany walk, ghost tour
Round trip ferry
Three daily meals
SO MUCH PEACE ☮️

Join me June 21st-23rd for this deeply rejuvenating weekend!

“This was the best cry I’ve had in a long time, I’m proud of myself for being vulnerable”

“Seeing Kenya has reignited my passion for travel!!”
