I still have SO much to learn when it comes to creating unique henna designs, but my love for henna has grown massively this year.

Working @wildernesshq and @thegreatfete festivals for the magical @starlightboutique_ has definitely helped with that…. and so has my confidence (and my desire to keep getting better). 🤎✨

There’s something so beautiful about allowing a design to flow rather than knowing exactly where it’s going.

It’s how I paint… but henna has been like learning a whole new language.

The scent of natural henna and beautiful essential oils.
The quiet focus.
Connecting with my client.
And watching the design slowly evolve between us.

It’s part art, part ritual, part connection… and a little bit of magic.

And I’m bloody loving every moment of the journey. 🤎✨

PS. If you’re in the Hertfordshire area and fancy some henna before you head off on your summer hols… hit me up.

It would be my honour to create something bespoke for you. 🤎

People often meet me and ask… “but what is it that you actually do?”
This week is probably the best example of my answer.

One day I’m deep in 1:1 work supporting women through some of the hardest seasons of their lives, helping them turn pain into power. Then I’m in schools and community spaces supporting girls from minority backgrounds through dance and empowerment. The next I’m at Finance Fest dancing in the middle of the tent and today I’m speaking in a leadership meeting with my local council discussing real change and real impact for women and young people.

And somewhere in between all of that, there’s spirituality, astrology, embodiment, nervous system work, movement, visibility, leadership and self-expression woven through everything I do … all whilst wearing orange 🍊

And to some people, that probably looks random. But the truth is, every single part of my work is connected because my work is an extension of who I am and the journey I’ve lived through myself.

The baseline of everything I do is helping women and girls feel safe enough within themselves to be fully expressed.

Whether that looks like helping a woman heal her relationship with herself, guiding somebody to use their voice and take up space, empowering girls to build confidence through movement, or simply showing people what it looks like to live fully in your truth instead of shrinking yourself to fit into boxes… it all comes back to the same thing.

Embodiment.

Owning your story.
Owning your voice.
Owning your power.
And allowing yourself to be fully seen in it.

This week has been full. Lots of conversations, lots of visibility, lots of leadership. But more than anything, it’s reminded me that this work was never about fitting into one title or one box.

It’s about impact.
Connection. Expression.
And showing women what becomes possible when they stop abandoning themselves.

So if you’ve been watching my work and wondering where you fit into my world, this is your reminder that you don’t have to become somebody else to create the life you want.

You just have to become safe enough to fully be yourself.

And if you’re ready for that, my DMs are open ✨

We want to highlight some very special independent brands that we have worked with at Stowaway Festival, these beauties have been there longer than us in many cases and each August we form a tight knit, chaotic, happy and very silly family for a week near Silverstone. We are expecting some, or all of them to return for 2026, (more on the final line up for 2026 soon), this post is all about thank you for the good times already had!

If you haven’t explored their glorious wares then follow the links as we have tagged them all here. We feature a few items in Olipop’s but we highly recommended visitng them to own a piece for yourself forever.

Happy Galentine’s Day to our wonderful Early Night Clubbers

Last night’s Galentine’s ENC @tivolicambridge was pure magic

You brought the LOVE, the ENERGY and the sparkle to the dance floor — and we are still not over all the sequins, glitter and disco glam 🪩💃

Huge thanks to the fabulous girls from @thisisneonleo for joining us with their rail of glittery dreams

And a massive thank you to @starlightboutique_ for the incredible face glitter — and for handling the queue that never seemed to end!

There is something so special about a room full of women hyping each other up, singing at the top of their lungs and being home before midnight 🙌

We loved every second.

Roll on April… we’re ready to do it all again
