Guess who got tapped out...? By the look on my face you should already know. One of the hardest parts of quarantine is not being able to practice the “Gentle Art” Ju Jitzu has become one of my greatest passions. And at the moment the fire must be stoked by other means. Thank the Source for heavy kettlebells, lol. #BJJ#sourceenergy#kettlebells #grappling#passion#selfdefense #southjersey#tapout @jiujitsuparker

Too many people see joining a gym or getting a personal trainer as an “additional cost” rather than a personal investment. Eliminate some of the negative costs in your life so that you can put that money towards becoming a better version of your self. Make the time and find the money because YOU are worth it! If you don’t pay for it now you WILL pay for it in the future. Don’t be ordinary, BE GREAT. #anytimefitness #workhardplayhard #investinyourself #animalinstincts #fitfam

Steph started with me almost a month ago and her progress has been awesome! She came in with a set of goals and has been so consistent with her efforts that she’s already seeing results! She has worked out 1 on 1 with me as well as attended 3 small group sessions every single week since we started! She is killing every workout we throw her way while smiling through the pain! This is why we do what we do! We love helping people make a difference and seeing the change happen right before our eyes! Blessed that she is a member of our Anytime Fitness Family! Great work Steph! #fitfam #success #motivation
