Sobre ontem… ☀️🌊🥋

So happy our family is part of it. Happy 14 years, Start! 🫶🏼

A gentle reminder for parents 🤍

Before we assume every restless, worried, overwhelmed, or “anxious” child needs to talk about it…

Sometimes the body needs somewhere to move, release, learn, and feel capable.

🥋 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu can offer structure, movement, connection, boundaries, confidence, and a healthy way to practice regulating big energy.

It doesn’t replace therapy when therapy is needed.

But sometimes, the body has something to say too.

✨ Look at the whole child; not just the symptom.

🥋 FALL OPEN 2026 🥋

What a day for our FlowHouse family at the Fall Open 2026 at Start Jiu Jitsu Academy!

Our students stepped on the mats, faced their fears, fought hard, and challenged themselves. Win or lose, every single one walked away stronger, more confident, and with a valuable experience that goes far beyond competition.

We’re proud of everyone who had the courage to step up and represent FlowHouse. This is what Jiu Jitsu is all about — growth, discipline, resilience, and never being afraid to challenge yourself.

Keep showing up. Keep fighting. Keep growing.

FlowHouse family, we’re proud of you! 🐝🥋

7 years old. Girly, sweet, delicate… and somehow also so strong. 🥹🩷

Jiu-jitsu has shown me a side of Lilu that I honestly didn’t even know was there. She started at just 4½ years old, and with every class, her passion for it only seems to grow.

Watching her earn her gray-black belt today was such a proud mama moment. But one of the biggest highlights for me was hearing how loudly everyone cheered when her name was announced. 🥹

That moment reassured me that this is so much more than a place where she trains. She is surrounded by coaches and a community that truly see her, encourage her, challenge her, and care for her.

And as a mom, knowing that your child has found a place where she feels supported, celebrated, and at home… that means everything. 🤍

So proud of you, Lilu. Keep showing us all the little pieces of who you’re becoming. 🥋✨
