Precious Triathlon🇪🇬🏊🏻‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️🇪🇬 Africa Cup, Pan Arab Cup and National Triathlon Cup 💪💪💪

Since I started my Tri journey on February 2023 @TriYas in my beloved abudhabi, I have a dream to race @Egypt to inspire the community 😌😌
I am the FIRST and ONLY DS in the spectrum did that distance in my home country ☺️💪🇪🇬
Proudly, I had been honored to meet and receive my medals 🥇🥇🥇from Major General Ahmed Nasser the founder and president of Egyptian Triathlon Federation , president of Arab and African Triathlon Federation, and Major General Mahmoud Hussein, Secretary General of the Arab Triathlon Federation

I got an unlimited support from @etf_2009 @ahmed_ali_1950 @bahaa_youssef from day 1 of introducing myself and my abilities as an inspiring triathlete, they believed in me ☺️🙏🏻.

I did super sprint (400m swim, 10K bike, 2.5K run)with my guide @joury.sameh.10 @ma7moud_tarek98 and lovely cute Lara who I ride her 🚴‍♀️in bike part of the race☺️☺️

So grateful to Captain @bahaa_youssef @ma7moud_tarek98 @hamza.osama.710 and the most friendly and helpful triathletes @pegasustriteam

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, DREAM BIGGER THAN YOU IMAGINE, WORK HARD TO CATCH IT AND MAKE YOUR OWN HISTORY ☺️☺️

Every one has his own mission in life but many people don’t even know what is it ☺️

As I am unique in my “disability”☺️(I am trisomy 21 in all cells and in the autistic spectrum) so is my life’s mission 🤔🤔

Inspiring the community through my abilities in sports and art.

February 11th 2024 in @abudhabisc @adaquaticsclub @admsc.ae
@myabudhabi360 open water community swim challenge , I swam 1 Mile (my OW longest distance so far ) in 🥶🌧️ weather and got the 53rd place 😊out of 69 swimmers ( all are non POD ).
It was a real challenging race for me due to the weather and I am so grateful to have a wonderful amazing coach @mohamed_ahnakach who believes in me and in my swimming skills as well as @shishmish_mikiki ❤️ @saraharriscoaching ❤️ (in pool and underwater) 🙏🏻🙏🏻. It seems that we will do some inspiring accomplishments together and make my history 😊😊😊
It was a real test ☺️for my @blueseventy wetsuit ❤️❤️keeping me warm and comfortable for an hour 💃🏼
You have to challenge and compete with yourself to know what you’re capable to do 💪💪 Always be patient and be close to beautiful souls 😇😇😇.

Last weekend was a special one 😎😎participating in 2 community sport leagues

Saturday morning I had been participating in 1st race of Swim For Life 3rd edition @mbzsportscenter as a @uaeso athlete in @adaquaticsclub
so happy 🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏻‍♀️ breast and butterfly strokes but shocked with my freestyle one 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Sunday morning I participated in UAEFT league 1st race @louvreabudhabi new destination for triathlon in AD, 🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏻‍♀️in a calm water, a little tricky 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️course for me and 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️(my weakest part in triathlons 🤦‍♀️)but joyfully managed it finishing the race (super Sprint) surprisingly got 1st place medal 🥇 in my category (POD)

Forever grateful to

@abudhabisc @uaeso @uaeswimmingfed @triathlon_uae @uaetri.league for all the amazing sport events and opportunities for PODs🙏🏻🙏🏻

@shishmish_mikiki for keeping my precious🥇medal and for connecting me with @dangerschooley who got his worst tri score ever in his life when he agreed to be my chaperone 😁😁😁appreciating his kindness and patience with me.

Glad to meet lovely @phoenixbean87

Thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻💐💐

@tri_family_in_training Zoe for encouraging me.
@teamangelwolf @_little.x.wolf_ who came to say hello 👋
@supersportsevents for supporting me 🙏🏻🙏🏻 and facilitating my registration.
