POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Dancing is one of the purest forms of release I know.

Cleansing, recharging and evoking different layers of ourselves..
Letting the beat move through the body until thought disappears and only presence remains.

How much of yourself appears once you stop controlling the movement?

In the stillness of the forest, the air carries ancient whispers.
Branches bend closer, leaves turn into teachers.
The silence isn’t empty — it breathes, alive.
It reminds us we move with the rhythm of the earth,
with the unseen music that carries rivers, roots, and stars.

Are you ready for new Static Travel?

Dancing in the forest, feeling the moss with your feet, hearing the whispers of the trees, and surrendering to the drum of Damaru, a state when you become one with the forest. An experience that grounds you, frees you, and connects you to something greater than yourself. Time loses meaning and only present moment exists. The dance becomes a form of meditation, a moving prayer to celebrate the beauty and power of nature.

A little teaser of our collaboration with @misterfeng

While the body is a physical way to be present, dance is a ritual, a spell that opens gates to travel to places beyond what we can see. It is a space that allows you to connect to multiple sources and interact with them. Freeing the body will help you free the mind.

Let’s connect, through dance.

I am nature.

Being alone is something I've been ok with. More than ok with. Time up in the pines yesterday, exploring, thinking, climbing, singing, running, dancing, gazing.... ahhh, deep breath!

But even since young, the disconnecting from society and exchange, and accessing the roaming of self within space has been a big part of my life.

Times in solitude are hugely important to me. But I also understand the benefit and importance of community and exchange, in balance. And these are times where I actively choose to embed and give myself because naturally I find it easier to be alone and truth be told, need time alone after connection to decompress and detach again. And I am grateful because I know these times of quiet will be there once again...

So if we find ourselves in each others purposeful company, please know that I choose you. I choose this time. I choose to be in fellowship and exchange with you. I choose to learn and grow with you, from you, and also in giving to you. I am grateful for you.

And also If you are curious and looking for a sensory mindfuless guide in nature, forest bathing or outdoor elemental embodied movement, I'd love to share this experience with you.

Nature is what nature is. Nature does not judge. It sprouts, blooms, thrives, drops, wilts and rots. The cycle of life and continuous flow. The ebbing and flowing of time and tide. The rise and fall, peak and dimming of light. We can learn so much about self within nature, and above all knowing that self is not just one..but we are all, all connected.

However we show up.

Sun and water, in harmonious blend,
Awaken the spirit, to journeys without end.

Bija’s chant, the wind in the sacred grove,
Echoes prayers, in word of trove.

Through ancient whispers, your mysteries we share.

Using a reversed oak tree trunk as a crown ..the oak often referred as strength, noble presence .it represents endurance, stability to withstand challenging conditions trough time ..knowledge and wisdom comes from that and becomes a crown ..to own you kinghood.

Finally! Our album ‘Nataraja’ is out!!!!

So happy to share this album with you all,

It is a project that is taking a really important place in my heart, soul and overall life.

The sensations and depths that I personally reach and experience whilst creating this sound with @xquisite_korpse are allowing me to channel so many different characters, personas, beings from different worlds and energies I was never aware of.

I highly recommend, whoever wants to experience a journey, to create a set and setting for a grounding, deep exploration inside and outside your body- light a candle, burn an incense and let the darkness to show the light.

Nataraja is an album that brings you through different landscapes, introduces with different highs, lows and all in between.

Surrender, let it go, let the sound show you the unknown.

Link to access the album is in the bio
