The fact that I just cohosted the biggest real estate event in the city, with some of the biggest names in the game, is something I’m still trying to wrap my head around 🏆 Seeing all of these investors, developers, landlords, lenders, realtors, attorneys, contractors, community leaders, entrepreneurs, etc… all networking, building relationships, creating opportunities, & most importantly HAVING FUN & LAUGHS was exactly what this event was about ‼️‼️‼️ Couple years ago I was just trying to get in the business, make connections, & figure things out & now I’m in a position where I can help bring this all these different people together & create opportunities for them 💎 Really couldn’t believe the amount of love, support, & respect I received throughout the whole night 💙 We really appreciate everybody who came out & showed love, supported the vision, & helped make this night what it was !! & WE’RE DOING ANOTHER ONE IN THE FALL⏰ Make sure you follow to stay updated!!

People don’t understand how much opportunity comes from positioning yourself as someone who gets 💩 done!! So the tenant at this property found out his landlord was selling it & he had to move, so he called @italian_styled_brie because he knows her as somebody peoole trust when it comes to real estate & Bri sent me the deal because she knows I work with a lot of investors who buy distressed houses, & I sell houses same day They connected me with the homeowner & come to find out it was an estate deal, the original owner had passed away & his son lives in South Carolina. He had no plans of coming down & fixing the property up, he really just wanted it gone. His estate attorney was dragging things for a little minute, we were negotiating back & forth for a while but eventually i locked it in 🔐 I posted the deal to my IG, my guy @dripping24k seen it & sent it over to our guys @albertramocki & @carmencaruso98 Albert runs @dump.boyzz , the biggest demo company in Philadelphia. They’ve touched projects all over the city & already understand construction, development, & value at a high level. Carmen runs @remacquisitions which is one of the biggest wholesale real estate companies in the city, so when the deal got in front of them, there wasn’t a bunch of hesitation or confusion. They already knew the numbers made sense.
