Puppy Yoga. Stretching is good for you. Stretching with puppies? Even better.

Today’s Puppy Yoga brought plenty of stretches, smiles, puppy kisses and a little bit of chaos—the good kind.

Best of all, every class supports both the Humane Society of Southern Arizona and Sol Dog Lodge and Training Center.

Thanks to everyone who joined us this morning and helped turn a yoga class into something that does a little good, too. 🐾 @humanesocietysoaz @soldoglodge

Louder for the pretentious pricks who are trying to ignore the movement 🗣

BUY ART FROM LIVING ARTISTS, THE DEAD ONES DON'T NEED IT!!!

How many artist's works didn't gain value until after they died?!

Why tf should ppl, mostly never even related to the artists, gain reputation & massive income off their life's work?

🗣yall wasn't with them shooting in the gym!

And when regular folks align themselves with the beliefs of those who do nothing but extract & exploit from our cultures, we're doing the work for them

Stop that shit! 💯

Buy small. Buy local. Buy direct. Buy Black. Support humans not corporations.

Black women save my life everyday. Yall call me all these nice things, but I am just reflecting back to you what you give me (truly, it's the autism😂 jkjk)

To all the women I've shared space with over the last 8 weeks, you've helped me to see things in a new light. You showed me what it's like to be supported, and revered. The respect & admiration is mutual. Thank you for seeing me, loving me, making memories with, and leveling up with me.

Grateful for the opportunities I've been blessed with lately, very fulfilling - just waiting on the finances to catch up 💯 so I can be an even bigger blessing to others.

Irresistible, all day, in all ways 🙏🏽🙏🏽 Thank you God

#JijivishaHolistic means the intense desire to live and keep living. Since I've been back to work at the start of February, I've spent more time with my friends than I did all of the first half of 2025

I did put it into the universe that I wanted to commune with yall more. Look at that, my main line to Jesus to still works 😂😂😂

SSWSS26 exceeded my expectations in many ways, and I'm already dreaming up how to make it better next year ✨️ leave your suggestions in the comments, what would you like to see next year?

Thank you for showing up authentically and sharing your stories, therefore giving others permission to do the same.

Thank you for showing up to support women with your presence 🗣 and your money.

Thank you for respecting the container we created, I hope you took what you needed and left what you didn't.

The next few weeks will be full of recaps and highlights... at some point we'll be shifting to a virtual gallery so the artists can share their works beyond Tucson

With that being said, save a few coins to support the online gallery 💯 that notification will be sent out via email so join @jijivishaholistic mailing list for updates!!!

Thank you @indigoskybird for blessing us with your wisdom, humor, and joy. You are an absolute light and I'm grateful to call you friend 🤎

Last week, I think we had more ppl cycle through than this week - but this week, mostly everyone who came stayed the entire time

You are anointed and captivating 💯 you know when the room needs to breathe and when they need to laugh, when they need to tighten up so they can hear them raffle numbers 😂 and when they need a break.

I am honored share space with someone so intuitive - and to create spaces with you that make ppl feel good, and safe enough to heal. Your presence means so much to me. Thank you for literally everything 🙌🏾

So many people used the metaphor of "herding cats" to describe what it must've felt like to put together a show with over 30 artists - they were not wrong 😂 and I still love yall 💯🤗

Here's us trying to take a group photo with only half the artists present 😂😂

We had a TIME last week and this week is going to be even more fun bc my anxious ass won't be rushing us through the program lmao @indigoskybird girl bless you cuz I'm not anybody's host 🤣

Live performances from:

@sharkkheartt
@eyeamdivinity

Join us for the closing reception on March 21st at Subspace from 6pm - 10pm

We've cried, laughed, praise danced, and held each other during some intimate moments

🗣 we're closing the container with a dance party - don't miss it!!!

This is your invitation to the conversation everyone will be having…If you missed it last week, this is your last chance to view the works of 33 women artists from across the country 🤯

Tag the friend you’re bringing to the show! Suggested $10 donation for entry gets you ONE raffle ticket to win some of the amazing prizes from the exhibiting artists!! Each additional ticket is $1

Did you take advantage of the free raffle entries?? All you have to do is comment on the raffle post, share it to your stories, tag a friend!! Stay tuned for this week's raffle prizes!!

A few nights ago the sky turned red 🔴

During the total lunar eclipse, a blood moon, the Earth’s shadow passed fully over the moon and revealed it in a different light...

Thirty-three women artists answered the call for SSWSS, and lemme tell you! We got some shit to say!

In many cultural and historical contexts, 33 is a holy number and it also represents the point where individual voices become a visible body 🗣

Small gatherings of up to 15 people feel intimate.
Groups of around 30–35 people have historically become assemblies, councils, or circles...

This matters for Tucson because we are here to shift the atmosphere 🙌🏾 Be there to witness history!

33 women artists will move the show from individual expression into collective testimony.

THIRTY THREE voices bringing work that refuses silence: paintings, installations, performance, sculpture, film, mixed media... poetry and prose rooted in lived experience.

We will laugh, cry, sing, dance, affirm, and love on each other. We will hold some heavy truths and have the hard conversations. You will leave better than you came 🤌🏾

Community is the only way we survive *gestures wildly* all this shit going on outside. Come find yours 🤎
