USVI FAMILIES WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU! 🇻🇮

MAK Crown Productions is conducting preliminary market research to measure community interest in a proposed Miss Teen Universe USVI program focused on leadership, cultural pride, personal development, and community service.

We invite prospective participants and parents or guardians from St. Croix, St. Thomas, St. John, and Water Island to complete our brief interest survey.

Your feedback will help us understand whether families in the US Virgin Islands would support and participate in this opportunity.

🔗 Complete the survey through the link in our bio.

Please share this post with USVI families, schools, youth organizations, and community leaders who may be interested.

Important: This survey is for preliminary market research only. It is not an application, casting call, or confirmation that the pageant will take place. Any future program is subject to written franchise authorization.

#AD | If your soul is tired and you just need to unplug, this is the sign you’ve been looking for. Skip the crowded commercial islands of USVI and head straight to St. Croix ✈️🏝️

The energy at Tamarind Reef Resort Spa & Marina in St. Croix is just pure peace and quiet.

There “R” only 40 rooms here, so it feels incredibly private. Every single room has a patio or balcony with panoramic views of Green Cay and Buck Island.

The Deluxe Room with 1 King Bed features a private walk-out patio facing the ocean. Ground floor units provide direct access to the resort’s manicured lawns and snorkeling beach.

There’s nothing like relaxing on your patio and listening to the sounds of the ocean. I was so relaxed, I fell asleep out there for a little bit.

The bathroom and kitchen were nice too! You have your own microwave, refrigerator, cabinets, dishes, and utensils to make you feel at home. You’ll even find a cute chair hanging from the ceiling – don’t see that everyday!

If you “R” hungry, you don’t have to go far. Deep End Bar & Grill is only steps away from your room. They also have a marina on site if you “R” looking to charter, tennis courts, a pool, fitness center, luxury day spa, and kayaking.

Still dreaming about this peaceful paradise ✨

Huge thank you to the U.S. Virgin Islands Tourism Board for gifting me this incredibly relaxing stay at the Tamarind Reef Resort spa and Marina in St. Croix. It was very much needed!
Would you stay here? Let us know in the comments.

June is Caribbean Heritage Month and it holds special meaning for me.

I was born in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, and my family's roots trace back to both the French and Dutch sides of St. Martin/St. Maarten. Fifty years ago, my parents made the courageous decision to leave their island home and build a new life in Houston.

Their journey was rooted in faith, sacrifice, hard work, and the belief that greater opportunities were possible for their only child. Because of their courage, I have been blessed with opportunities they could only dream of.

This month, I celebrate not only my Caribbean heritage, but also the legacy of resilience, perseverance, and determination passed down through generations.

Proudly Caribbean. Proudly American. Forever grateful.
