I cried. I laughed. I cooked. Made my dreams come true. Worked in the best restaurant in the world for 2 years. The last 10years of my life have been working up to that moment, my first day. This place…this palace of a kitchen, this kingdom of compete culinary excellence was the hardest and most rewarding kitchen I have ever worked in, in my life. It hurt every day to come in and weather this storm, the pressure, the push. With that in mind, it hurt even more to walk out on my last day of service. @elevenmadisonpark you taught me so much about myself. Everyday you broke me but now I literally feel invincible to anything else that could come my way. To all my friends, colleagues, and chefs that I have met me on my journey here, I could not have done it without you! I will never forget my moments here. If I forgot to tag you please leave a comment. There’s so many more memories that IG just can’t capture. The late night beers, the early morning coffees, the rushed family meals. So grateful to have worked with so many talented amazing people, and even more grateful to call some of them my good friends! We will forever be the best restaurant, kitchen, and team in the world. Love y’all. 🫶🏼👨🏻‍🍳 #offline

Meet Team Rethink!

This November, members of the @elevenmadisonpark team are running the @nycmarathon for Rethink Food. This team spends their days feeding people – and they’re running for the same reason.

Every dollar they raise helps fund local restaurants to prepare meals for their neighbors in need. Our goal is $30,000, and every donation gets the team one step closer. Head to the link in bio to support!

✨ A dream came true. A night we will remember forever.

Welcoming @danielhumm and his exceptional team to Sani Gourmet was truly an honor and a milestone in our journey. ⭐️

We experienced a philosophy that has shaped modern fine dining at the highest level — precise, emotional and uncompromising in every detail.

Even more special, our service team had the rare privilege of participating in dedicated front-of-house sessions inspired by the hospitality philosophy that defines Eleven Madison Park — an invaluable lesson in service, detail and genuine human connection. 🙏

Cuisine. Service. Hospitality. Emotion. Teamwork.
A 100% holistic, world-class experience.

My deepest gratitude to Daniel Humm and his team, and huge congratulations to our incredible Sani Resort culinary, F&B and service teams. 🤝✨

Some dinners are memorable. Some become part of your story. ❤️
