🔥Latest international workshop I organized and instructed in Bangkok, Thailand. 21 students from 9 countries. 7 rigs and tons of equipments from many different companies. 4 days Steadicam and followed by 2 days Omega, December 8th-13th 2025

We had additional equipment for students to try out: crane step-off, rickshaw, MK-V Omega, Trinity, MK-V Level, Wave, Volt, Windkiller, Gyro, Remote head, Geared head, Apple Vision.

And dont worry, all basic Steadicam students were classically trained and certified without additional leveling tools.

Dean from MK-V, Linda SteadiGirl and Ruben🔥came helping us in the workshop as well. It was a great time.

A special shoutout to this incredible human and also the 2nd Steadicam mentor I’ve ever had. Ruben Sluijter @steadiman90 is a legendary Steadicam Operator and Cinematographer who’s famously on the cover of the first edition Steadicam Manual. He’s also the inventor of the On-set simulator, works in-house with @mkv.ar, and operates local in the UK. 🎥 We met back in 2006 when I was working at Tiffen Steadicam @tiffencompany and he was an instructor. Over the years we’ve kept in contact and I’ll always consider him family. Truly one of the best in this business with the most humbling soul. I wouldn’t have survived my first Steadicam gig without his leadership and compassion. 🎥❤️🙏🏼 #mentorship #friendship #steadicam #steadycam #steadicamoperator #steadijess #steadiman90 #cameradept #cameraoperator #mkvar #tiffencompany

If anyone would’ve told me 10 years ago I’d be doing the things I do right now, I would find it hard to believe. But I’m fortunate and thankful for the accomplishments and people I’ve encountered over the past decade.
