@warlordgames Making an extra HMG team out of the (relatively) new US heavy weapons teams box and US army sprues for Konflikt 47.

@steditool sent me their MS-110 single edged pliers and a pack of their sanding sticks to try out! More on my experience down below! If you’re looking to expand your hobby tool arsenal please consider clicking the 2nd link in my bio and browsing stedis variety of quality and affordable tools!

Disclaimer: these products were sent to me free of charge! #ad

As mainly a Konflikt 47 player I wanted more than 2 HMG’s in my US army due to how POTENT they are in game. The arsenal of democracy ruling for the US just pairs so well with HMGs they’re an essential in almost any US army list. More details and photos of my built up US weapons teams will be up soon!

My experience with the tools STEDI sent to me was great! As a gunpla fan myself I cannot stress enough how time saving single blades nippers can be. While double bladed nippers are great for dealing with bigger pieces and thick sprue gates, you get a much cleaner cut with single bladed nippers meaning you avoid the risk of prominent stress marks or even plastic warping. Now stress marks aren’t the end of the world with plastic minis as they’re painted over anyway. However with the STEDI MS-110 nippers providing me with clean smooth cuts, it saved me a lot of time sanding and smoothing down nubs. The smoothness of the cut you get with these nippers even means you could get away with cutting closer to the model rather than cutting away from the model again saving you more time on cleanup.
Overall very solid lightweight nippers that I would genuinely recommend especially if you haven’t tried single blades nippers before.

Not much to say on the sanding sticks as they’re a bit too big for use on my 28mm infantry miniatures but I’ll definitely test them out on my next plastic vehicles (I should really get into the habit of smoothing and sanding nubs on my vehicles more often haha).

It was fun and happening event during the weekend at @nextintlcomphobby (Starling Mall). I gained a lot of insights from the judges and met a lot of new friends. I am truly grateful for everything and I will not stop learning. Thank you so much to @angeltrendtrading for providing me this opportunity..

I cant wait for AKiCTH 2027. I will be looking forward for all of the Tom Yam and Mama Mee. Hehehehe~

#paintingwarhammer One of our favorite little hobby tips is to plan out larger freehand pieces with a block out stencil! It’s the easiest way to get the base of your composition down and the sizing correct all you need is a cutting plotter we personally use a @cricut Joy for ours and a little patience! Also thank you @steditool for sending us your new brush line to try out they will be featured in our upcoming top 3 brush brands video!

Even when I am having a nice, relaxing weekend in nature, i am always carrying my PlaStation from @netherbuilds with me, loaded with @steditool tools!

For now I only take the absolute bare minimum for a good build; nippers, tweezers, panelline fineliner and sanding sticks. If you have more suggestions, please let me know 😌

I have been fortunate enough to have been sent thesr goodies, and I cannot thank them enough❤️

The carrying box is still a bit empty, but will be filled as time goes on. Make sure to grab your goods from these amazing people☺️
