🏠 WIGGINTON SUCCESSFULLY HANDED OVER! 🔑

Last week we handed over this 4-bedroom home to our client @steersandson after an incredible turnaround of under two weeks, start to finish! 💪🏼

A massive credit to @steersandson for having everything 100% ready for us to get started. Because of the preparation and coordination on site, we were able to have multiple trades working at the same time and keep the whole project moving efficiently.

The result? A complete transformation delivered in less than two weeks — without compromising on quality at any stage. ✅

Great teamwork, great organisation and a fantastic result for the client.

Premium finishes. Trusted workmanship. 💪

▫PROJECT•WALKTHROUGH▫

▪️Take a look around this exciting project in Wigginton, where a 1970s bungalow is being transformed into a beautiful modern two-storey home 🏡

▫Working closely with our clients and @steersandson, we have designed a substantial side extension that will create an entirely new wing to the property. The existing roof will also be removed to make way for a new first floor, doubling the size of the upstairs accommodation. We’re looking forward to seeing this transformation progress and sharing more from the project along the way!

🏡✨ Exceptional Project Completion ✨🏡

We’re excited to share a recent collaboration with @steersandson , featuring a full refurbishment and extension of a beautiful countryside home, plus a bespoke new-build facility.

The new-build includes a gym, kitchenette, bedroom, and hydrotherapy pool, with a Howdens Joinery kitchen. Our team at Twine Carpentry & Joinery completed all joinery work, from stud walls, skirting, and architraves to solid oak doors, including two pocket doors with an Eclisse kit. We also crafted a continuous solid oak handrail and installed a classic shaker kitchen with white quartz worktops, plus a stylish utility room. To enhance the country aesthetic, we handcrafted a solid oak porch and installed timber panelling in a bedroom.

@steersandson executed a full re-plastering and decoration, re-landscaped the site with a stone gravel driveway, cobblestone walkways, and two patios, and fitted grey aluminium bifolds for the new-build, while the main house received wooden windows to match its character. A lift was installed for accessibility, and they completed the transformation with solid oak electric gates, new turf, and a sunken trampoline. Inside, the home features new carpets upstairs and Herringbone Brampton Chase LVT flooring downstairs for a stunning finish.

Materials were supplied by @lordsbm , @howdensjoinery and Advanced Roofing supplies, ensuring top quality throughout.

A pleasure working with Steers & Son Ltd - their expertise is evident in every detail!

For high-quality building work, we highly recommend @steersandson .

A fantastic project from start to finish - thank you to everyone involved!

✨🏠 Just finished installing this stunning blue @howdensjoinery kitchen for @steersandson amazing garage conversion! The transformation created a spacious open-plan kitchen, making the most of the available space. We love how the ornate skirting-style plinths and curved units bring a touch of elegance to the design, giving the kitchen a classic yet modern feel.
