🔨 A little piece of history is getting a new home! 🏡

These salvaged materials from the historic Academy Building are being repurposed into the entrance wall for our upcoming exhibition, “Home Sweet, Somewhere.” The design is coming to life thanks to @steez_design. We can't wait to show you the finished installation! Exhibition opens September 1.

“Pink Pemaquid” 5 x 7 x 1” . $350
.
Based on our recent stay in Maine. The whole time I was working on this it was feeling very southwest and I was worried it wouldn’t read as Maine. I guess I’ve never done an extreme golden hour piece from Maine. I’m happy with how it came out though. I think the pines bring you back to Maine (and maybe the Ocean 😂)

🖼️✨ Artwork is often the finishing touch that makes a house feel like home.

Whether it’s a bold statement piece, a serene landscape, a cherished photograph, or a collection curated over time, artwork brings personality, meaning, and character to a space in a way few other design elements can. 🤍

We love using art to create focal points, tell a story, and add another layer of visual interest to a room. Sometimes it becomes the first thing you notice. Other times, it quietly ties everything together. ✨

The best artwork isn’t always the most expensive piece in the room - it’s the piece that feels personal and sparks a connection. 🎨🏡

Swipe through to see how artwork can elevate a space and make a lasting impression. ➡️

We’re still buzzing from this year’s To Live & Dine event. ✨

Inspired by the feeling of stepping into a dream garden in full bloom, our table design celebrated the beauty of creativity, connection, and imagination. Oversized handcrafted florals, delicate lace parasols, layered textures, and a palette of soft pastels transformed the space into a whimsical setting that felt both playful and elegant.

Every detail was thoughtfully considered to create a sense of wonder - inviting guests to slow down, gather around the table, and experience the joy that thoughtful design can bring.

We are always incredibly honored to participate in @mlinteriorsnewengland’s To Live & Dine alongside some of the most talented designers, makers, and creatives in our industry. It’s an event that continually inspires us, challenges us, and reminds us why we love what we do.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped bring our vision to life and to the incredible team behind this unforgettable event. We’re so grateful to be part of such a talented community.

@yucca_fountain family field trip to the #Quebec01 missile alert facility bunker! This fascinating slice of Cold War history recently became a Wyoming state park and features the only Peacekeeper missile launch center accessible to the public. From this site, 10 Peacekeepers could be launched — each Peacekeeper contained 10 nuclear warheads ☠️ #SkullAndCrossBombs #only30minutesout

✨ What an inspiring evening at the @mlinteriorsnewengland To Live & Dine Event at the Boston Design Center! ✨ We’re so grateful to have been part of such a beautiful night in support of an incredible cause @projectbread

This year’s theme, In Bloom, inspired our table design:

Bloom & Brush - a painterly garden escape inspired by the softness of Monet’s gardens and the expressive beauty of florals in motion. 🌿🎨✨ Layered with organic textures, romantic blooms, and artful details, the table was designed to feel immersive, creative, and full of life - celebrating the connection between design, nature, and artistry.

One of our favorite elements was the interactive floral painting experience, inviting guests to slow down, create, and become part of the design itself.

A special thank you to @highline_constructionllc and @ellekin_millwork for sponsoring our table and helping bring this vision to life. We are so grateful for your collaboration and support in creating such a meaningful and memorable experience. ✨

And a big thank you to @steez_design for helping with the installation and bringing all of the finishing details together so beautifully.🤍

And finally, a heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this event possible. We continue to feel so inspired by this incredible design community and by the many talented designers who transformed each table into such a unique and unforgettable experience. 🤍
