A sub 75 HYROX isn’t about finding one massive improvement, but usually a lot of smaller gains adding up.

In this example, compared to a sub 90:

🏃 6:40 comes from faster running
🏋️ 7:20 comes from the stations
🔄 1:00 comes from the Roxzone

That’s the full 15 minutes.

So if you want to improve your HYROX time, don’t just obsess over your run pace. Look at the whole race and figure out where you’re actually losing time.

Are you naturally stronger on the runs, or do you make up more time on the stations?

Save this and compare it with your own splits after your next race.

Hybrid strength moves you can modify to match your level and build a stronger base for HYROX

Wall balls
Lunges
Farmer’s carry
Burpees

Pick the variation that suits you, focus on good movement first, then build speed and load over time.

Strong basics carry over to everything.

Save this one for your next HYROX race and send it to your training partner 👊🏽

Want to instantly improve your sled push? Start with these 4 simple tips:

1️⃣ Lean into the sled and use your bodyweight to drive it forward.
2️⃣ Keep your core tight so you stay strong and stable with every step.
3️⃣ Control your breathing and try to keep a steady rhythm when it starts getting tough.
4️⃣ Don’t mess around with your shoes. Good grip and traction can make a huge difference, especially on a heavy sled. The last thing you want is to waste energy because your feet keep slipping.
