Feeling extra grateful for this team 🤍 There’s something really special about being surrounded by women who are not only incredibly talented, but who genuinely want to see each other grow. This trip was such a fun reminder of how lucky I am to be part of a community that feels so supportive and encouraging. From seeing so many of the team in meetings and social media, it was so fun spending time with everyone in person.

@rachelbreiten and @vanessalee_rn, thank you for taking us on this trip and for the thought and intention you put into creating experiences like this. You both have such a fun way of making people feel valued, while also constantly pushing us to grow and become better at what we do.

I’m really proud to be part of The Things We Do and even more so, grateful for the women I get to do it alongside. 🤍

•Mastery isn’t about doing more, it’s about knowing what to do and when to stop•

I gained so much from this weekend at The Masters of Aesthetics Conference! The more experience I gain in this industry, the more I realize that being a great injector has very little to do with knowing just where to put the needle, but knowing how to really see the face.

This conference reinforced the importance of looking at the face as a 3 dimensional and dynamic structure. To see the anatomy beneath the face, to see how the face is aging, and to recognize what actually needs correction.
