I’m a classical pianist. I’m not famous, and I’m not trying to be.

I could play what is more commercial and probably reach more people. But I’d rather play the music I genuinely love, the music that moves me and still speaks to us centuries later.

This is a little shout-out to everyone who still makes space for music beyond trends, numbers, and algorithms.

I may never have the biggest audience, but I’d rather have a small one that truly cares about this music.

For those who still listen.

To my family, friends, music admirers, colleagues, and everyone around the world who took the time to wish me a happy birthday, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I am deeply grateful for every message, call, post, kind word, and expression of love. Birthdays have a way of reminding us not only of the years we have lived, but of the people, places, friendships, and experiences that continue to shape the journey.

A very special thank you to my Steinway & Sons Paris family, the entire Artworks Records team, the PIAS France team, China Moses, Catherine Deleigne, and Sébastien Videl for the warmth, kindness, generosity, and love you showed me during my time in Paris. You helped make this birthday one I will always remember.

To everyone who reached out from New Orleans, New York, Paris, across the United States, and from so many places around the world, please know that I felt your love. Every message and every gesture meant something to me.

I carry all of it with tremendous gratitude.

With love and appreciation,
