Tonight, we celebrated Coach Stella’s 1,500 classes coached! 💕 She remembers your name, your favorite spot in class, and exactly how to hype you up on your hardest days. Pure good vibes and true Orange spirit, every single time. 👏 Thank you for showing up for Royal Oak the way you do, Stella! 🧡

August gave me miles to run, people to love, reasons to laugh, and moments that reminded me just how good life can feel.

I’m carrying that smile with me. September let it shine ✨

I’m just a girl, who loves coffee 💁🏻‍♀️ @downtownferndale has some of the best coffee shops in the metro Detroit area, including @qahwaticafe! The specialty lattes here are out of this world. The White Yemeni latte might be my new fav! Please tag me if you go and let me know what you think!

Thank you @stella.yackee for helping me capture the beauty of this place!

📍 Emari Roast Cafe - Troy, MI
☕ Drink: Iced Emari Latte - AM

☕ Coffee Quality: 9.0
🌱 Ingredients & Craft: 8.0
✨ Experience: 9.0
Final Score: 8.7/10

Finally got to try @emariroastcafe in Troy! It’s probably one of the most beautiful coffee shops I’ve been to! There is also a lot of space and savory food menu items which is perfect for lunch! I also had awesome coffee dates today, @stella.yackee and @karlaroad 🍊🧡

Ok so the rating - very smooth and strong coffee we love that! I will say their drinks are sweet, I got the lightest level of sweetness and that was still very sweet for me so just watch out for that. Next time I’ll just do no sugar. Highly recommend!
The third beautiful photo is all thanks to @stella.yackee ! You need to get into photography gf!

Michigan Oct ‘25

Great trip out to Michigan. 5.5 days over 883 miles, taught Coach Training (Launch) for 4x new coaches, 8x classes taken with 7x Head Coaches, did 2x Catch Me If You Cans (2g/3g) and 1x Capture the Flag, taught 1x class.

Successfully crammed in as much as I can. Taught some, learned a ton, best part was meeting coaches, members reddit’ers… a ton of folks with a love and passion for OTF. Best of times, thank you all! 🫶
