Are using AI tools more often now to help clients envision their finish projects and save a lot of time and money with the ideas process. We have a before and after set of images here that I think illustrates the use of AI really well we’re about halfway finished with this project now, and I will happily share what it looks like once we’re finished.

It all starts with #demo having the dream in place of an ADU and some extra income we start with getting rid of what’s falling down so it’s an exciting time and we’re looking forward to getting the plans in order and pulling permits next! The project is in Hollywood not far from Silverlake so it’s gonna be a really amazing transformation. I’ll keep track of it and share.

Adams projects is currently working on the remodel of a bathroom in an older property in Hollywood. It’s a small cottage style guest house or bungalow mother-in-law that we are converting into an updated Air B N B for long term rental. We are using laser levelers, and all the modern technology we can because this older property is a little off level We are finding many creative ways to add modern conveniences in older properties and it’s a lot of fun to see it coming to life again!

Fact: In 2024 there were 44,400+ estimated g*n related de💀ths in the U.S

Fact: 62% of that number was self inflicted

Fact: f*rearms remain the leading cause of de💀th for children and adolescents in the U.S.

✨One conversation CAN SAVE LIVES.✨

This project was the most profound in every way. Handled delicately and with integrity. Each conversation left the room quiet in contemplation and supercharged with compassion and understanding.

Arm yourselves with knowledge and be brave enough to protect the ones you love with words.

Thank you to the dream team
