I actually got to go on a retreat. Not host one. Not cook for one. Not hold space for everyone else. I got to be a participant. To receive. And it may have been one of the nicest things I have ever done for myself.

Dina and Kendra brought the Phoenix Retreat to Villas del Carmen last year, and when they invited me to join them in Indonesia, saying yes wasn’t easy. My schedule felt impossible, and if I’m being truthful, I still have some old blocks around spending money on myself. But something in me said GO. And I’m so grateful I listened.

This trip was devotional, magical, profoundly healing…and sooo much fun! We received a water blessing at one of Bali’s most sacred places, experienced scalar healing at the Pyramids of Chi, spent a day with elephants, hiked Mount Batur, explored Hidden Canyon (which made this Utah girl feel strangely at home), swung over rice fields and ate at a Tarot-inspired restaurant where the cards chose our dining experience.

Then we capped it all off at the incredible Cap Karoso on Sumba—riding horses on the beach, swimming in the most magical lagoon I’ve ever seen, laughing, playing, resting and just BEING.

Somewhere in all of that came a reminder I really needed: I am allowed to receive, too.

I spend so much of my life creating experiences for other people. It was profoundly beautiful to let someone else create that space for me.

Suksma Kendra, Dina, all of the beautiful Phoenix ladies, Gaia Retreat Center and Cap Karoso. My heart is very, very full. ❤️

And next year Phoenix returns to Villas del Carmen. I’ll be back on the other side, helping hold the space—but maybe a little differently now that I’ve remembered what it feels like to receive. ✨

Tomorrow we start our voyage home. My heart is so full, but my goodness, I miss my boys.

Sumba gave us a glimpse into a completely different way of life. Here you are a farmer or fisherman, there is limited access to water, children start school at 7 and traditional village life remains deeply rooted in the culture. A lot of mixed emotions witnessing such contrast from home.

We learned about traditions around life and death, animal sacrifice, Christianity, Islam and Marapu ancestral beliefs. On the trees they grow jackfruit, mangoes, avocado and coconuts and learned about sirih pinang, the betel nut mixture chewed as a mild stimulant that turns the mouth bright red.

But the highlight? Finding a hidden lagoon and meeting a group of kiddos there. Of everything I’ve seen on this trip, those little humans will stay with me. My hearts with little Vita. ❤️

I also heard there is a 125 year old woman on the Island named Yora!

What a beautiful reminder of how big this world is and how much we can learn from one another.

Our intention with these retreats is to pour into women. To crack something open. To reconnect us to ourselves, to God, and to what’s true.

And then, integration. How do I take this freedom home? How do I sustain it? What tools can I return to daily?

Adventure. Surrender. Closeness. Authenticity. Freedom. And this trip, we nailed it.

So proud of every woman in this circle. For the way you showed up, loved, trusted, and let yourself be seen. 🤍

Devotion is choosing to keep showing up. Not because it’s easy, but because something in us knows it matters.

And I think part of devotion is remembering we were never meant to hold everything alone.

There will be moments when what we’re carrying feels too heavy. When we can’t see clearly, can’t find our way through, or simply don’t have the capacity.

That’s when the circle holds it for us.

When one woman can’t carry it, the circle can. When one woman forgets who she is, the circle remembers. When one woman loses faith, the circle holds the faith until she can find her way back to it.

Maybe devotion isn’t always about being strong enough to keep going.

Maybe sometimes devotion is trusting the circle enough to let yourself be held.

Some dreams take years to become reality. ❤️

I am SO excited (and honestly still pinching myself) to finally share this…

Thailand 2027 is officially happening. 🇹🇭✨

After years of facilitating transformational retreats around the world, I’m honored to be co-facilitating The Phoenix Retreat in Thailand alongside the incredible Kendra Davies.

And to make this announcement even sweeter, The Phoenix Retreat was just recognized by LUXlife Magazine as the winner of the 2026 Best Transformational Women’s Retreat & Personal Development Excellence Award. What an incredible honor.

This isn’t a vacation. It’s a chance to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and remember who you are underneath all the roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

We’ll experience Thailand through a lens of growth, connection, and adventure:

🌿 Ethical elephant sanctuary
🐋 Whale sharks
🚤 Private island-hopping
🛕 Sacred temples
🧘🏽‍♀️ Breathwork
💜 Trauma-informed coaching
🌊 Waterfalls, culture, laughter, and lifelong friends!

I’ve seen what happens when women give themselves permission to pause and do this work. They return home with more clarity, more confidence, deeper self-trust, and lives that feel aligned with who they truly are.

If you’ve been craving a reset… if you’ve been hearing that quiet voice telling you there’s more for you… maybe this is your sign.

Applications and details are live in bio.

We haven’t even launched and we’ve had bookings. Who’s ready to meet us in Thailand? 🇹🇭✨

Are you kidding me?

We’re literally floating on a rock in infinite space (@roguefry)…made of stardust…powered by a sun that burns without asking our permission!

Your heart is beating without you telling it to. Your cells are regenerating while you sleep. The same intelligence that spins galaxies is orchestrating your breath.

No. I’m not afraid. I can’t even fathom what’s next.

If you pay attention you will notice we are part of something GREAT and it has never once forgotten how to create.

Indian Nose (Rostro Maya) at sunrise… 🌄
Listen, there are moments in life where you just stop because your spirit knows you’re witnessing something ancient. This was one of them.

We climbed in the dark, half-asleep, laughing, slipping, trusting each other and then the world opened up. Volcanoes glowing, the lake waking up, the sky turning gold like it had something to say. You can feel the Maya energy up there. It’s sacred and so much bigger than us.

And our guide, “Holy Henry!”, protector, storyteller, and human sunrise. He carries this land with reverence and makes every step feel intentional. We adore him.

To the women of the Phoenix Retreat, you hiked in the dark, trusted the path, and met the sun with open hearts. Watching you meet the sunrise felt like watching people remember who they are.

Awe. Gratitude. Perspective.
This is why we do this.

Cuauhtēmallān
meaning “place of many trees”, we thank you. 🙏🏽

❤️ My body is tired and my heart is full! ❤️Creating retreat containers requires focus, enthusiasm, love and devotion and “I’m here for it all!”…Kendra aka @stellarcoach kept saying this all week, and we really were, there for it all!
👸🏻
Kendra and Dina @dinabradycoaching co-create The Phoenix Retreat and chose @villas_del_carmen_atitlan as their venue and portal activation this year. Turns out the three of us make a pretty great team! We wove together an experience that was deeply transformative, exciting, and nothing less than magical — all held in the arms of ancient volcanoes on the shores of our sacred lake.
🌋
We traveled into the womb, through smoke and sweat of a temascal ceremony, were guided through Mayan cosmo vision around a sacred fire, leapt from high bluffs into cobalt water, and explored the forests of the alti-plano at @casaxara , each day connecting more deeply in sisterhood and self.
🦋
Committing to this type of work takes courage, and doing it here is even more powerful. You can’t hide. Atitlan will reflect everything back to you 3 fold, whether your ready or not. But having courage doesn’t mean not being afraid. If you’re not afraid then there’s nothing to be brave about. The true courage comes when you turn and face the fear, dive in, and trust that love will catch your fall.
💓
My heart is overflowing with gratitude for these women, especially Kendra and Dina who trusted me to hold them all through the week. I can’t say enough about how wonderful, loving, talented, and so much fun they are! We fucking did it and I can’t wait to do it again! 💃🏻
