a 30 min saturday training run with some of the just good run 10k group! one of the runners said "i didn’t know i could run that fast. i thought running in a group would slow me down if i had to talk.."

i find conversations are a nice way to pace yourself. we also had moments where we ran in silence and just listening to our footsteps. this also helps so much to keep going.

it all feels a little easier doing it together ❤️

We’re not hibernating - we’re recording!

Meet Isobel and John - two amazing music fairies helping us getting just the right sound for our upcoming album

Stella is absolutely killing it on the drums in the studio and we can’t wait for the songs to be out in the big bad world, but first recording, listening, mixing, listening a lot, recording some more, listening, mixing, listening….

You got it? It’s a lot of work but we’re loving every minute of it

There are still some spots left om our exclusive mailing list if you wanna get the juicy news first - DM us and we’ll put you on it

Ps: the LARK15 gig and celebration was fabulous
Ps 2: our last gig of the year is in DRESDEN - check us out @bluenote_dresden - Friday 21.November!

xoxo Miss Nöyd

We ran off to Copenhagen three months ago and said yes. Now we’re stuck to share every suitcase, security line, and jet lag forever.

Thanks to @cedricdvincent for capturing this moment
and @gaia.gonni for the fairytale dress

We laughed and cheered, we grew, we learned, we slayed!!! 10 weeks of @thedopamine.studio strength lab was 💯
I needed the time to myself, to be student, to be coached again. So good. Highly recommend.
Thanks for all the video babes, supporting each other, filming, cheering and sharing those Friday nights in the bunker together

Xoxo 💋

In a month from today we will be playing on a stage in one of the most charming and longest lasting music clubs in Berlin.

We are SO EXCITED to share that we are playing WILD WEDNESDAY at WILD AT HEART @wildatheartberlin on Wednesday 9.July!

And get this - IT’S FREE ENTRY - an opportunity for you to bring all your besties down to discover their new favourite band in Berlin ;-)

Wild at Heart is an old, raw and rough punk rock club, just as we like it - in it’s walls is the spirit of decades of unknown and known bands that have played their hearts out for over 3 decades!

We will be playing new songs from our album that we will record this year, so make sure to not miss out on this one❤️‍🔥
