Faith is not the opposite of strategy. It is what is left when the strategy fails.

You've built the plan. You've run the numbers. You've prepared for every scenario you could think of.

And then the plan meets real life, and you find out what you're actually standing on.

Women leaders know this moment well. It's the one where the spreadsheet can't help and the strategy has nothing left to offer, and something deeper has to carry you.

That's the heart of Dr. Maxine Cain's signature talk, Women at the Helm: Anchored in Faith, Leading with Purpose. She shows that faith isn't a soft extra on top of good leadership. It's the steadiness that keeps you leading when everything else is shaking.

Planning a women's conference, leadership summit, church event, or corporate gathering? Dr. Cain will give your audience language for what they've felt and courage for what's next.

Send this to a woman who is leading well and needs the reminder today.

I am humbled and deeply honored to be named one of Atlanta’s Top 100 Black Women of Influence for 2026 by the Atlanta Business League—for the third consecutive year.

Thank you to the Atlanta Business League for this meaningful recognition and for continuing to celebrate Black women whose leadership strengthens our businesses and communities.

Through STEM Atlanta and Mathis, Griffin, Cain Consulting, LLC, I remain committed to expanding access to education, creating workforce opportunities, and keeping people at the center of innovation.

To our teams, partners, supporters, and the communities we serve: thank you for your trust, encouragement, and belief in this work. I am grateful for everything we continue to accomplish together.

Congratulations to my fellow honorees and the Tenured Women of Influence. It is a privilege to be recognized alongside you, and I look forward to celebrating together at the Women of Vision Breakfast on October 20.

I receive this honor with gratitude, humility, and a renewed commitment to serve.

Refusing to pick one lane. That is exactly where Qaadirah Abdur-Rahim built her entire career. In this episode of The Blank Space, we get into what it really means to hold more than one identity at once. Military veteran. Seventeen years as a nonprofit CEO. Atlanta’s former Chief Equity Officer. Corporate strategist. Founder of ROAR. Qaadirah has never accepted that she had to shrink into a single title, and the way she talks about it will stay with you.

This is just the first clip. Watch the full episode on YouTube: https://youtu.be/h1BhzIdTz5o or click the link in bio.

A special thank you to STEM Atlanta for opening the doors of the STEM Center for this conversation. It was exactly the right space to talk about making room for people to become who they are.

Man, THIS is what it’s all about! 💙

We kicked off the Next Level Back to School Rally with our speakers going classroom to classroom, pouring life into these students. Then I had the opportunity to speak at the pep rally before leading the kids outside to a surprise full of FUN!

Food trucks, bounce houses, music, games and somehow these kids convinced me to race them MULTIPLE times in 94 degree weather 😂 But seeing those smiles from ear to ear made every bit of it worth it.

I’m grateful for every sponsor who helped us make this happen and for our NLSA ATL Chapter who came out to serve and love on these babies.

This is bigger than a stage. This is IMPACT.

Follow @nxtlvlstudents to see what we’re doing next! 💙

Last December, we had the absolute privilege of welcoming the wonderful Dr. Maxine Cain to Cape Town as part of our Next Level Living events. Dr. Maxine is an incredible example of compassion, generosity, and leadership, and her presence made such a powerful impact on everyone she encountered. She brought warmth, encouragement, and so much joy during her time with us.

From connecting with our community to experiencing the heart behind what we do, Dr. Maxine had an unforgettable time and became a valued part of the Next Level Living family. Her support helped create meaningful memories and moments of hope that will never be forgotten.
You too can be part of something special.

The Future is HER 💜 This week I had the privilege of speaking on a panel centered on the emergence of AI in Hiring Practices at the Georgia Tech Research Institute in Atlanta, Georgia. What made this experience special was that my daughter was able to join me and watch her Mama in action. 🌟 little did she know, it was me that was impressed watching HER in action!
Not just observing—but engaging, asking thoughtful questions, and stepping into conversations with leaders like Jennifer Kattula, Chief Marketing Officer of Microsoft Advertising. Watching her navigate that moment with confidence and curiosity was a reminder that the future of work isn’t abstract.

It’s already here. And the next generation is already preparing for it.
