Building these Sleep Pods for @sleeppoduk have kept us active and busy for the past two weeks.

These Sleep Pods are Emergency Aid shelter designed for rough sleepers to help keep people warm and dry in severe weather conditions.

Swipe 👈🏾 and check out how easy it is to put them together 😀

Now more then ever, we collectively need to come together to help one another no matter what others circumstances are.

Follow @sleeppoduk and find out how you can be part of the home build too!

There goes my new year resolution! A delicious desert made my yours truly @steph.mcallen .
I always had my doubts about new year resolutions... Oh well, if a man can’t live a little, then what’s a the point of life!

Grief is like a thief in the night. It is not something that is easy to get over, nor is it something that can be overcome overnight.
Your departure in my life has created a vacuum that can’t be filled easily. I miss you so much and time can’t heal the pain of how much I wish to be with you. Your legacy remains a blessing to the people you left and your warmest hug is what we can never forget. I hope you are in a better place now. Till we meet and part no more.
I miss you daddy... Our gratitude goes out to everyone who has supported my mum and me throughout this difficult time.
