JULY RECAP:

I was living in Puerto Viejo Costa Rica since January and now I’m back in America.

In July I visited Medellin Colombia to celebrate my bestie @yoolast_hope 29th birthday 🥳 and while I was there I went paragliding for the first time!!

I’m so grateful for the moments I got to spend with my PV community once I got back from my trip.

From the nature hikes, to birthday celebrations, shroom trips, beach days, events, dinners, and night life I will miss alllll of it and all of youuu.

Also, super grateful for Kat of @thekathousecr for being my first client in PV. Grateful for your support of my Art Therapy At A PV Museum experience @by_seraphim. You are amazing and the PV community is blessed to have you.

After leaving PV I traveled to Atlanta to celebrate my girl @hailey.ebeth at her baby shower 🫶🏾

Also got to spend time with my bae @laddia_michelle while I was in ATL 💕

Currently in Maryland and I’ll be moving to Philly in a few weeks to start my PHD in Counseling Psychology !! Super excited for the journey ahead.✨

May Recap

I’ve been living in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica since January 7th 2024.

In May I remembered how important it is for me to be more intentional of getting comfortable with being in solitude and caring for my own needs when I need it.

Being in solitude has always been my go to refresher to processing the needs that come up due to the experiences we face in life but I’m starting to accept that it’s my go to because I’m afraid of being vulnerable.

So I’m understanding the importance of detaching from having any feelings of embarrassment if other people caring for my needs is what I need too.

I’m choosing to trust my discernment and ability to attract the people that will naturally provide the safe space for me to be vulnerable so I can allow me needs to be cared for the same way care for my needs and others.

After my travels in March and April I was exhausted and wanted to just stay put for awhile but I’m glad I traveled to Bocas Del Toro (Panama) for @morgndominique birthday! 💕

Grateful for all the beautiful, caring, silly, and multifaceted women that I have attracted into my life 🫶🏾

At the end of May my girl @yoolast_hope moved to Colombia 🥹 She has always been the catalyst of the community I feel in PV. The first person that made me FEEL it when I visited Puerto Viejo in October and one of the reasons I felt very comfortable with moving here.

Cant wait to share to our Colombia adventures 🫶🏾
