This summer has been epic! So grateful for our amazing clients and crews!! So many fun shoots all around the country! It’s like we’re a band on tour… but with cameras!

From April through August we’ve done shoots in SF, Seattle, Atlanta, Oklahoma City, Nashville, middle of nowhere Oregon, Kansas City, Pennsylvania, and home here in LA!!

And had my first “shelter in place” on set during a tornado warning!

Thanks for a fun summer and now let’s get into spooky season!

One year of Impossible Mile challenge complete. Once a month:
1 lap bear crawl
1 lap burpee leap
1 lap lunge
1 lap run
I don't often do challenges like this that keep me committed for a whole year but Holy crap this challenge really put into perspective just how quickly a year goes by. As soon as I tried it once, I decided to try it every month for a year to see if it got easier. I don't know if it got easier, but I definitely got less sore as the year went on. The worst month was January when the tracks were covered in too much snow so I had to use a treadmill- yuckkk that sucked!!!
Aside from January and the last month, I had support from friends who willingly joined me for the fun and I cant thank them all enough. Without their support and laughs, this challenge would have sucked so much more haha

We planned this night a month ago, never knowing how much I’d need it when it finally came.

Looking back, it feels like one of those quiet ways God goes before us. He knew this little evening away would be exactly what my heart needed.

If you catch it in the reel, you’ll also notice I made a completely spontaneous decision. 🤍 A tiny tattoo to honor the five babies we’ll meet in heaven one day.

So grateful for reminders that even in the hardest seasons, God is still so kind, and He never stops weaving beauty into our stories.

Thank you @blumelancaster for a wonderful evening!

Some sets take weeks to build. You’ll only see them on screen for a few seconds.

Behind every finished shot are hours of fabrication, styling, lighting, planning, problem-solving, and a team of people obsessed with getting the details right.

The final frame may be what makes it into the edit, but this is the part we love just as much.

“What would this faucet look like if the production team capturing it were invisible?”

That’s one of the questions our postproduction team answers every time we photograph a highly reflective product.

The curvature of a faucet reflects everything around it: the studio, the photographer, lighting, gear, and pretty much anyone standing nearby.

Creating the final image means combining multiple plates captured on set with digitally hand-painted reflections, all
while preserving the character of the finish.

And this one definitely kept our post team on their toes. 🙂‍↕️😬

For Brizo’s Faircroft Kitchen Collection and Unlacquered Brass living finish, extra care went into preserving the subtle details of the finish as it evolves and develops its unique patina over time.

The goal isn’t to remove reflections.
It’s to make the right ones disappear while keeping everything that makes the product beautiful.

A few seconds of timelapse. Years of experience.

What looks like a set coming together overnight is the result of careful planning, skilled craftsmanship, and a team that knows how to bring ideas into the real world.

Our construction team makes it happen every day.
