🚂 What’s the APEX program all about?⁣
⁣
APEX is a 15-week training program (🔗 in bio) designed to help you crush your strength, physique, and performance goals... fast.⁣
⁣
👉🏻 How so? Well, while I’ll spare you all the details - you can check out my pinned post for those - the TLDR is it’s a program that 160+ people (so far) have used to:⁣
⁣
✅ Set new PRs and get brutally strong⁣
✅ Pack on muscle⁣ and get leaner⁣
✅ Become a fast, bouncy, explosive athlete⁣
✅ Develop (or reclaim) elite athleticism⁣
✅ Build a bigger engine⁣
✅ Become antifragile⁣ in the process⁣
⁣
➖ In short: it’s built to get you outlifting people 20 lbs. heavier than you, out-sprinting and out-jumping people 20 lbs. lighter than you, and building muscle and getting yoked while moving (and feeling) like a champ.⁣
⁣
💯 So if your goals include getting strong and yoked, jamming in pick-up basketball games (maybe), and becoming antifragile, hit the link in my bio to get started today ✔️⁣
⁣
P.S. I’ve never been someone who loves self-promoting, but what I can truly say is that if you through the full 15 weeks, I’m confident you'll be either setting PRs, more muscular, more yoked, and/or more athletic than when you started (whether you’re a former athlete, current athlete, washed-up meathead, or whoever else).⁣
⁣
P.P.S. If you’ve done the program, tell me about your results! 👇🏻

Practice and train as hard as you can so that games become easy.

That simple.

You are competing against your best self. The harder you push yourself, the better your best self becomes.

Yesterday’s version is not as good as today’s version of you. But today’s version will not be good enough for tomorrow.
