Here’s what a PEMF session looks like!

When I was injured and in pain, I couldn’t sit down without feeling nerve pain. To remedy this, I would do 2-3 sessions per week on my back and lower body. It gave me so much relief that I could actually sit down without feeling pain. I was able to dance again after a month and a half of consistent sessions, which is way faster than I was told it would heal. 💪

Now that I’ve fully recovered, I try to do one session a week overall for more energy because I definitely don’t get enough sleep. 😅🪫⚡️🔋

Some people only use PEMF until they feel like they’ve recovered, which is perfect! What matters is that you feel better. 🤗

It’s important to keep in mind that we’re all different. Some people feel relief after one session and others need more time. Either way, recovering is a process. Try to have patience with your body. 🫶

Biohacking is all about using science, tech, and intentional lifestyle choices to optimize your body and mind.

Think: more energy, better recovery, deeper sleep, and staying healthier longer.

One powerful tool biohackers swear by? PEMF therapy. ⚡️

PEMF works at the cellular level to:
✅ Boost your natural energy (ATP)
✅ Reduce inflammation
✅ Speed up recovery
✅ Improve sleep + focus
✅ Support long-term cellular health

It’s non-invasive, safe, and science-backed—some devices are even FDA approved.

Whether you’re an athlete, a dancer, a parent, or just someone who wants to feel better…

PEMF isn’t just for biohackers—it’s for everyone.

Had a quick trip to LA and San Diego last week, but I had time to see my friend Stephanie while I was in LA. We both worked at the rec center when we were at KU and spent many early mornings opening or late nights closing while we were there. Sadly, we discovered that we haven't seen each other in nearly 10 years (we're getting old 😭).

She was kind enough to show me around the Hollywood strip. A place I never thought I would get to experience.

Bonus points if you can find us in the last photo

New things are coming to life when it comes to health and wellness. I cannot wait to try this machine after devastating car accident two years ago that left me in pain.
All of the efforts to make my pain go away were unsuccessful, and I am confident that the new technology will work.
If you wish to try it, please reach to @scaristei for more information. #interview #womensupportingwomen #life #healthyliving #healthychoices #healthylifestyle #beverlyhills #waldorfastoria #selflove #diannabelleroselifecoach #reelsi̇nstagram
