POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
First of all, congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. Landis!!! 🥂 Also, had to make a post to acknowledge my last week of work with this amazing crew. I really hope none of my social media friends need the services of the COA at Piedmont Athens, BUT if you did - let me just tell you about this crew right here. They are some of the most dedicated, hardworking, knowledgeable, caring people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. I know that they would take care of you like you were their own family - because that’s just simply what they do. Almost 3 years ago now, they started out as just my coworkers, and now I’m honored to call them my friends. Next week, I start a new chapter as a nurse practitioner at Oconee Heart & Vascular Center. And while I’m so excited for the future, I can’t help but be sad that I won’t see these people on a daily basis. But, as I keep reminding them (and myself) - this isn’t goodbye, it’s just see ya later 🥹

I was the BIGGEST skeptic when it came to Home Workouts. I thought it was for those that were already "motivated", already "consistent", and who already "had" results." . For the LONGEST time I chose to do this healthy journey on my own, at the gym, "my way". And what that got me was frustrated, stuck in my plateau, and kept me inconsistent. . Today I am throwing it back to the beginning when we all took a chance on something new, stepping outside of our comfort zones, and collectively saying "This Is My Time". . We all knew that we NEEDED something MORE than what we were settling for and we all WANTED a SIMPLE SOLUTION to find our healthy. . All of these results came from following proven programs. All came with a schedule so #noguesswork All of these results came from learning how to best fuel our bodies with wholesome, nutrient rich foods. And all of these results came from showing up and putting in the work #consistenteffort . Best part is that we do this TOGETHER. Because it's the COMMUNITY that keeps us STRONG. There is so much support/accountability that keeps us motivated even on the days we don't feel like it. . If you're not seeing the results you want, if you are tired of spinning your wheels, and if you need extra support and accountability, let's chat. . I'd love to help you find your healthy! #whynotyou

What if the story you are writing is meant to have a different ending. . What if the track in your mind that you keep playing on repeat is wrong? . It's extraordinary what can happen TO you and FOR you when you CHOOSE you. . This is not a quick fix. This is not a fad. This is not a diet. . This is SELF LOVE and it's BEAUTIFUL. . Our programs WORK. Our nutrition guides WORK. Our community which provide Accountability, Support, Motivation, and additional Resources WORK. And when you are patient and consistent, it will change your whole life. . Friends, don't let the start stop you. Don't "wait" for the "perfect time" to take care of your health...it doesn't exist. . I challenge you this month to ELEVATE YOUR SELF CARE. Take “try” and “can’t” out of your vocabulary. . For this month, don’t just think about making changes. . For this month, BE about creating changes! . And if you are READY to CHANGE YOUR LIFE…JOIN US! You will be provided ALL the tools you need to create a sustainable, healthy, happy lifestyle ❤️

𝗠𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟬 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝟵 𝘃𝘀. 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺’𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝟵 I love all 18 of these pictures, but the value isn't in the likes (although I am so grateful for them), but the moments captured. If 2020 has taught me anything it is to value time. The time together with others, just as much as time spent at home. 𝗣𝗶𝗰 𝟭: A special day meeting someone who helped me take my healthy journey to a level I never imagined. That day I also was with my best friend, my fit family, and my fellow coaches. 𝗣𝗶𝗰 𝟮: Together with my close healthy community. Celebrating our combined 391 pounds gone. 𝗣𝗶𝗰 𝟯: My friend Dan, the man who makes my hair fabulous, giving me the opportunity to choreograph and perform a dance with others who wanted to move their bodies and embrace life. Little did we know that a few weeks later a get-together like this would be impossible. 𝗣𝗶𝗰 𝟰: The 1st holiday of quarantine. The 1st holiday with just the 5 of us. 𝗣𝗶𝗰 𝟱: Telling the world that myself and my community will not stop sharing our healthy lifestyle on social media to motivate and inspire others to live their lives happy and healthy. 𝗣𝗶𝗰 𝟲: Our yearly family vacation. Keeping to ourselves as usual and enjoying the simplicity of a well made s'more. 𝗣𝗶𝗰 𝟳: Sadie and Dexter's first day of 1st grade virtual learning. 𝗣𝗶𝗰 𝟴: My Arizona trip with my teammates, my first solo plain ride, traveling during a pandemic, climbing a steep ass hiking trail, and being with some amazingly inspirational and strong AF ladies. 𝗣𝗶𝗰 𝟵: My only Christmas wish: Being with my family, enjoying traditions, and ending the mentally hardest year with joy, laughter, and love. When you take a moment took look back at 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 moments of 2020, I hope you see that there was a whole lot of good. Your highlight reel is what you create and make of it. Happy New Year! Cheers to your 2020 moments and your 2021 goals!

While this weekend was full of laughs, smiles, sunshine and good times it was also full of growth for me. . I kept having to pinch myself this weekend - I can’t believe I am here with these women all who I met on social media! . I am sure some of you are asking.. “so what about the drama?” THERE WAS NONE! 💕 . This is just a relentlessly supportive, downright determined, amazingly thoughtful, genuine group of beautiful souls. . I can be weird me. I can be loud me. I can be silly me. I can be work-o-holic me. I can be oh so positive me. I can be vulnerable me. I can be unapologetically ME, and not once did I feel TOO MUCH or not ENOUGH, which if I am being honest happens sometimes in new settings. . When I signed up for this coaching opportunity I had ZERO idea how much I would need this community! I actually didn’t lean in when I first joined 😳 It is so much MORE than fitness . But these women are what my soul needed (and this is only a few women on our team) 🥰 . Are we perfect? NOPE! But that is what makes it so fun! 🤣But we are hot mess express, doing our best to BE & FEEL our best, maybe gaining some bootay and abs along the way 😁 Showing others ( maybe like yooou ) How to BE & FEEL your best, if you’ll let us. . Need a gal pal community & some fitness/ health help? YOU can Sit with US! . Missing the AZ sun and these women already!

Feeling so blessed to be here in Arizona with this beautiful team of ladies. . Who would have thought a bunch of women who met on social media would be so much fun. I used to be skeptical of meeting friends online but after just a few minutes with these ladies in the airport I knew I made the right choice to follow my heart and passion 💪🏻💕💪🏻

A strong women knows she has strength for the journey, but a women of strength knows that it is within the journey she will find her strength. C.S. Lewis Together we are Stronger. Together we are Better. Together we can Conquer anything. It is this COMMUNITY that I was missing. The support and accountability of others who were on the same journey I was on. Where I could share my struggles and triumphs while knowing it was a SAFE place for me to grow. As Simon Sinek said, "Failure we can do ALONE. Success always takes HELP." My #MCM (Mom Crush Monday) is going out to these beautiful ladies who took on a brand new program, as a beginner, and committed to the process. 42 days, 30-40 min workouts, on their schedule. To say that I am PROUD of them is an understatement. Every single day they showed up in our group chat. They held themselves accountable. They shared their struggle and their triumphs. And they are one of the FIRST to run through the Finish Line of this program! Here's what some had to say: For the past 8 weeks I’ve been doing a new program called #mbf and #mbfa (muscle burns fat (advanced)). I’ve only ever really been a cardio person and rarely tried anything with other trainers besides Shaun T, so I was a little hesitant but I’m SO glad I did it. I’ve gotten so much stronger and honestly it was just a fresh break from all the cardio. I really focused on nutrition during #mbfa. I already feel much better and have increased energy. So after 6 weeks of #mba and #mbfa, I lost 8.2 pounds and 11.25 inches. 😊 I’ve lost 5 inches in total and 7.2 lbs!! Seeing more definition!! I lost 12.5 inches and 3.8 lbs. I'm starting all over again! Down 7 lbs and almost 20 inches. Feeling amazing. Love what this program is doing for my body. Love what it is doing for my mind. All are MOMS. All are BUSY. All have JOBS. And All were able to LEAN IN to this journey, this community, and this program to GET BETTER....for them and for those that need them most. Some are starting Round 2 with me this week while some are starting a new program. That is the beauty of our system. With over 700 workouts, you can choose to do your own thing.

🎶“I get byyy with a little help from my friends…” 🎶⠀ ⠀ The Beatles knew it… we know it… and science agrees!! ⠀ ⠀ When it comes to health and fitness, social support is HUGE. And not just in the most obvious ways we might think of - accountability, motivation, fun (making the time fly faster), challenge, etc… ⠀ ⠀ But think OUTSIDE the fitness circle… our social circle is who comes to our rescue when we need help. (If you’re a busy mama with kids who don’t care about your need for some alone time, that’s where the support of a trusted friend or neighbor comes in for some babysitting!!)⠀ ⠀ I tried flying solo in my health and fitness journey for yeeaaars. I was successful, but not consistently! I only found consistency and true freedom after biting the bullet and stretching myself beyond my comfort zone. ⠀ ⠀ I found a great article over at the National Federation of Professional Trainers which highlights some interesting stuff on social circles and fitness! Drop me your fav emoji and the link will arrive right to your inbox. ⬇️⠀ ⠀ PS- want more where this came from? Head on over to my free fitness community and make new like-minded friends! (We’re nice. And we eat carbs and drink wine!)⠀
