Mastered It🎓✨

This weekend I graduated with my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma and I got to celebrate with some of the people I love most in this world (not all pictured)!! I’m so grateful for the people God has placed in my life that push me to achieve my goals, hold me accountable, and support me along the way🤍 Here’s to the next chapter🥂

POV: you decided it’s time to dream again.

There was a season when I was just trying to survive.

After losing my first baby Lana, my body lived in fight, flight, or freeze (but mostly freeze). I wasn’t thinking about vision. I wasn’t thinking about business. I was just trying to breathe through the grief.

But what carried me through wasn’t striving…. it was community.

It was the people who sat with me.
The friends who didn’t rush my healing.
The spaces where I didn’t have to perform or be “strong.”
The people who held space for my pain until I could hold hope again.

Little by little, my nervous system softened.
My heart opened.
Survival turned into healing.
Healing slowly made room for hope.
And hope… eventually made room for dreaming.

What I didn’t realize at the time was that God was rebuilding me in community so I could help build it for others.

Now, through @experience.selah I get to take what I love (hosting, gathering, making people feel seen and welcome) and turn it into intentional spaces where others can pause, reflect, and experience the presence of God together.

What once held me up is now what I get to offer.

If you’re in survival mode right now, I just want you to know: healing is possible. And dreaming again isn’t reckless… it’s resurrection.

If this feels like your season to leave survival mode, comment DREAM and I’ll send you the details. 🤍
