The art of becoming begins with making space. Better health isn’t a destination. It’s what makes everything else possible. A stronger body. A more present parent. A better partner. A more capable athlete. A more curious mind. Whatever becoming more means to you, that pursuit is yours. Today was a celebration of movement, individuality, and the freedom to continually redefine who we want to be. No single definition. No finish line. Just the pursuit.

A little behind the scenes setting up for tomorrow’s collaboration with @vessellagunabeach, one of my favorite studios in Orange County. I love this part of building the brand. We live in a world where just about anyone can sell a product. You can build a cool website, mass generate content, and launch a business faster than ever. So how do you differentiate yourself? I think about building something people actually want to be part of. Creating experiences, building community, and giving people something they can connect with beyond the product itself.. What’s rad is every event, campaign, capsule we put together is another opportunity to pour a little bit of myself into the brand. From the smallest design details to the overall experience, I love getting to take something I’ve envisioned and bring it to life. If you’re not creating something.. go do it. Like just draw, make a loaf of bread, whatever. Bring something into this world that wasn’t here before you. It’s such a sick feeling You can just do stuff!! Can’t wait for tomorrow. 🏇

Life is cooler when you’re building. Build your mind, build a company, build a family, build your body.. just happen to life, don’t let it always happen to you. We’ve literally got the cheat codes, fam. Suck it up and stay in the game and the victories are amazing. Orrr keeping blaming everything but yourself and stay way you are 🤷🏼‍♂️ The parents hit the kids’ school track.. do you think they think we’re cool or embarrassing 🤔 More work to be done Rice, meat, avocado everyday. We get pretty adventurous and one day we’ll add some cilantro and lime to the rice, another we’ll do some chicken stock and miso and have some kimchi. We’re pretty wild. The sickest team building the sickest thing Into the future, with me! Community I love it here. 🇺🇸

FORMATION by VESSEL is back. 🤍 A two-day masterclass in teaching, coaching, and connection at VESSEL Laguna Beach. Taught by @stephchapel and @blabbey You'll learn to teach and to lead — bike setup and biomechanics, finding the beat, building a playlist that carries a room, cueing that actually moves people. And the part most trainings skip: how to hold a mic like it belongs to you, how to read a room, how to make every person feel seen. But more than anything, you'll learn how to connect with the people in front of you. This is for you if: → You already teach and want to get sharper → You ride, and you're ready to step onto the podium → You want to lead a room and be listened to. Applications are open. More info on the form, it takes two seconds, and we'll follow up upon completion. 🔗 Link in bio. #formationbyvessel #vessellagunabeach #lagunabeach #instructortraining #indoorcycling #ocfitness
