A CAR MEET?!

Today was my first time setting up a vendor table and bringing Whit Gets It into a space where slowing down and pausing probably wasn’t the first thing on anyone’s mind.

But that’s exactly why I loved it.

Meeting people where they are. 🤭🙌🏾✨

Not expecting everyone to come to a meditation class. Not assuming you have to be quiet, still, or “in the right environment” to take a moment for yourself.

Sometimes we have to bring the pause to YOU.

So today, I got to talk to people about what it means to slow down and pause. I demonstrated breathwork, shared my sound bowl, passed out my Pause With Whit cards, & sent people home with a few goodies &&& hopefully a reminder that they don’t have to wait until they’re overwhelmed to slow down.

You CAN pause in the middle of the noise.
In the middle of a CAR MEET

A HUGE thank you to my friends @whorizoncarmeets for inviting me to be a vendor & giving me the opportunity to bring Whit Gets It.

This was my first vendor setup…& I already know it won’t be my last.
