This team. ❤️

What an honor it has been to lead alongside each one of these incredible people. Different backgrounds, different countries, clergy and laity, but one heart and one purpose: to steward the presence of God as we led His Church in worship during one of the most important gatherings of our denomination.

And we’ve seen God work.

We’ve seen healing. We’ve seen walls come down. We’ve watched God bring unity, friendship, joy, and fellowship in ways I don’t think any of us could have planned.

Some moments change you. This was one of them.

I’m leaving deeply grateful for this team, for every conversation, every prayer, every laugh, every rehearsal, and every moment of worship we shared.

What a gift to worship Jesus together.

Crowns down. 👑⬇️

All glory to Him.

David: you are such a gift to me. There was a time when experiences from my past made me wonder if genuine friendship really existed. God used you to remind me that it does, and that true friendship is one of His gifts to us.

How cool is it that after all of this, I get to call you my best friend? Love you, brother. ❤️

Yesterday, I had the honor of sitting down with some of my very best friends to talk about worship and what God is doing through worship in the @globalmethodist church.

Not gonna lie… this was one of my favorite conversations I’ve ever been a part of.

Crowns down, y’all. 👑⬇️
I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed being part of it! LINK IN BIO.

Yesterday marked the beginning of my 24th year with the Windsor Village Church Family. At 20 years old, I never could have imagined this journey, but I am deeply grateful.

I’ve spent my entire adult life here—through seven services a weekend, new building projects, presidential terms, a global pandemic, and saying goodbye to loved ones—Windsor has truly been home.

The Bible says, “Your gift will make room for you,” and Windsor has done just that. It’s given me the opportunity to play drums, mix audio, lead people, and—just as importantly—make mistakes and grow from them.

I don’t know what the future holds, but I do know I’m thankful that God placed me here. Special thanks to Pastors Caldwell, Kathy Taylor, and Darrell Johnson for believing in me.

Here’s to the journey ahead!

I had the blessed privilege of sharing in proclamation with the @jofhumble as they celebrated their 11th Church Anniversary. To be sure, Pastor @stephengoldsmithlive and people are doing a great work in the Humble community! Yet, I believe God for greater works just up ahead!

Thereafter, I sprinted home to the @wheeleravenuebc to share in the majestic celebration between pastor and people for 20 years of exceptional leadership and service. It was a pure delight to witness, as Pastor Cosby is worthy of great commendation and honor. It’s is my prayer that God continues to preserve him for many moons to come!

🇺🇸 This trip is going to be one that will mark my life forever. It’s so surreal to be in such a beautiful auditorium worshipping God alongside 1,400 pastors and leaders from all over the world. The presence of the Holy Spirit has visited us in a special way. To share stage with such talented musicians, that are now family in such a short time, is a privilege. To reencounter friends and pastors and get to know more has been a gift, truly. May I never lose the wonder of how a Guatemalan kid, who had lots of hopes and dreams to serve God, found grace before Him.

It’s been an intense journey! I can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel! I made a promise to my mother that I fought to keep. Although she now rests, when we meet up in the resurrection and we are all dressed in white robes, mine will have #threebars promise-made/promise-kept! Pray for me church …
