It’s always so exciting playing somewhere new and Alnwick was an absolute pleasure!

It was loads of fun doing a set where we mixed everything together. There were Durrant originals galore with uncle Stephen holding it together on the kit

I hope this is the first of many for the gathering of guitar and voice as Alnwick Playhouse is such a great theatre with top people in the most amazing town!

📻 The light at the end of the dial is back!

Kicking off at midnight tonight, the immutable Radiophrenia returns for 16 days of 24/7 radio art, broadcasting right through to 20 September. As ever, it’s a wonderful line-up of live performances, new commissions and hundreds of works from artists around the world.

Chuffed to have two works featured in this year’s programme, bookending the festival. Tomorrow, Saturday 5 September at 1pm, The Metalization of a Dream, performed by @galvanize_ensemble, will be broadcast as part of Radiophrenia Shorts.

Then, at 10.30am on Sunday 20 September, a radio adaptation of Bì Glic!, a geolocative soundwalk created in collaboration with @shonamairi and communities in Uist and commissioned by RSPB Alba, will help bring this year’s Radiophrenia to a close.

Tune in via the link in bio, on 87.9FM across Glasgow, or via Resonance Extra.

It was a foggy night in Peckham last Saturday evening.

FOGFEST filled the fifth floor of the carpark with strange and wonderful music.

Here are some pictures of Sarah Angliss and Stephen Hiscock performing together with a robotic carillon, theremin, keyboard, drum, recorder & bells.
Oh, and don't forget the musical saw.

The night was curated by Robin the fog.

Shoreham! I’m teaming up with Daisy and Richard again to play a Summer Special concert at Ropetackle!

We’ve just had the loveliest time in Leeds playing stripped back sets so it’s going to be wonderful hearing all of us play as a full band. Richard’s performing songs from the Art of Levitation, Daisy’s performing songs from her upcoming EP Mulch, I’ll be playing songs from my debut album Stories As You Pass By and @stephenhiscock has even got in on the act on drums…

Tickets are flying off the metaphorical shelves (there’s less than half left), can’t wait to see you there…
