I’ve been on one hell of a hair journey over the last year!

You can see that in the before photo I had really damaged my hair. It was completely my own fault. I did not know how to take care of it. I was constantly bleaching it, using heat styling every day, not using the right products for my hair. I had been getting back to back extensions for about 10 years.

I came to a point where I had to stop everything for about 18 months. No highlights. No extensions. I started using the right products + supplements. It was SO hard not going to the salon for over a year but I had to lock in to save my hair.

I was finally reunited with the insanely talented (and kind, funny, patient, caring and understanding) @stephenjameshennessy at @sobebrown yesterday who has given me some very gentle highlights. We’re focusing on maintaining the health of my hair whilst also giving back some highlights that I do love so dearly! I feel more confident about maintaining healthy blonde hair now that I know how to care for my hair properly.
