Fall so far 🧡 haven’t been posting as regularly, and I’m not sure if it’s something that you notice, but I do 🙃 I mentioned this a couple of weeks ago on my story, but I’ve been feeling pretty spread thin, and when something’s gotta give, sometimes posting ends up taking a back seat.

So here’s a round up of moments I’ve wanted to share with you 📸

My cousin’s wedding in Florida, time with my family and my favorite little human on the planet, @coucoufrenchclasses French class, posts I saved that I had wanted to share to my story but didn’t, an attempt at finding my favorite Wegman’s cookie from when I was I was up at school (it wasn’t exactly the same, but close!) 🍪, and NYC moments 🌃.

I know you’re here for inspiration and encouragement for a healthy relationship with food. I have so many ideas for posts (all written down or texted or memoed to myself), and I’m very excited to create them. Thanks for your patience and for sticking around 😘
