They came. They toured. They locked in the Founder’s Rate. ❤️

Watching our founding community come together this weekend has been the best part of this journey so far, and it’s just getting started.

If you’re in this video, welcome to the family. We can’t wait to train with you.

@mayweatherfit.murfreesboro was more than my home gym. It was a community of like-minded, confident individuals who passionately showed up everyday to be the best versions of themselves. MB+F Murfreesboro was the catalyst that helped me transition from a sedentary lifestyle to an active lifestyle, and gave me a supportive community of Members and Coaches that motivated me and pushed me daily (and a new nickname). The doors at Mayweather Boxing + Fitness Murfreesboro may be closing, but the Hard Work + Dedication lifestyle continues. 538 Classes! 🥊👊🏿💪🏿

Say hello to Mike Tyso… *ahem* excuse me, I mean Stephen!

Stephen came to us several months ago with some gnarly shoulder pain that was taking away from his classes at @mayweatherfit.murfreesboro

Obviously it’s no fun to have hurt shoulders when you’re trying to swing at a heavy bag AND lift heavy weights, so we took care of that problem quickly!

We were also fortunate to be able to help him navigate his rehab process with bilateral carpal tunnel release, but as usual he is UNDEFEATED (as his shirt says behind the board) and crushed that as well!

Stephen, thank you for trusting us with your care! We can’t wait to see you continue to throw punches at what life throws at you!

What a better way to spend Memorial Day, than with a good sweat followed by an appearance from Honor Racing’s Diablo! Today, and always, we remember and honor those who served! #mayweatherboxingfitness #murfreesboro #boxing #fitness #memorialday
